Monday 7th September  I looked at and annotated the cover for Q magazine
 I started to see what the USP of Q magazine is and the target
audience, as well as publisher info and the music genre.
 I then looked at Classic Rock music magazine and complete a
similar process to before.
 I have started the production of my audience profile
 I have thought about who my target audience is.
Monday 14th September  I have completed my mood board and my mind map
 I have started to analyses a contents page and DPS
 I have made corrections to my audience profile
Monday 22nd September  I have completed my DPS and contents page analysis
 I have started my Masthead Font Styles
 I have started my magazine flat plan
Monday 29th September  I have completed my masthead font page
 I have completed my magazine flat plan
 Stared photo shoot plan
 Stared production plan

Monday 6th October  Completed more work on my production plan, photo shot plan
and locations recces

 I have cropped the background using the quick selection tool.
In these last two day I have completely finished my preliminary front
cover for a school magazine. I have followed a checklist to make sure that
I have put everything that makes up a good cover page of a magazine, on
to the preliminary cover. I have finished my puff promotion, added all of
the featured articles and added pictures of each of them.
I will need to start to draw my hand drawn draft for the prelim contents
page, as well as plan of and/or take the picture for my main magazines
cover page.
Monday 19th October  I have completely finished my preliminary cover page. I did some
spelling corrections the the text on the page, and added a few
new pictures to the bottom of the page.

Half Term
Monday 2nd November  I have started my preliminary contents page and added the title
of the page, with the background the top bar.
 I have added the sections for the articles on the pages, as well as
creating spaces for pictures, the editorial and articles
Monday 9th November  I have added all of the articles for the contents page, and began
to add the pictures for each of the articles on the page
 I have added the main picture for the contents page and added a
caption
 I began to add the editorial
Monday 16th November  I have finished the editorial and added the editor’s picture.
 I added a few more detail to the page, corrected some spelling
mistakes and change the positioning of some of the pictures, as
well as add the page number for the article shown in the picture.
Monday 24th November  I have stared my main task cover page
 I placed the masthead on the page, as well as the strapline
underneath the masthead.
 I added the complete barcode on the page
 I added the background to the page
 Place the cover star picture on the page
Monday 1st December  I replace the cover star image on the page
