This document outlines Sean Wayne's plans for taking photos for a school project on classic rock music. It details that Sean will take photos on school grounds between 12pm-3pm to get the best lighting. The photos will be mid-close ups of people holding instruments with high key lighting to look mysterious. The models will wear dark clothing like black t-shirts and leather jackets to appeal to the target audience. Sean will use Photoshop to edit the photos. For all of my photos I am planning to
take them on the school grounds,
whether they are in a music room or
against a white wall, preferably by a
window. I will have to take the
pictures dueing the time period of
12pm – 3pm as this is the time that
the sun is most brightest in the day.

For the majority of my photos I am
planning to do a mid-close up on
their faces, from slightly below or
straight on. They will be facing the
camera head on. I will be using
things like drum sticks and gutars in
the photos. I will have to have high
key lighting that is at a slight angle,
to give a shadow effect. This is so the
reader will be able to identify the
person in the picture clearly, but at
the same time making the model
look dark, mysterious and
dangerous. The models will be
wearing Dark clothing, such as a
dark (black) t-shirt with a leather
jacket, it is because this type of
clothing appeals to the target
audence of the magazine as well as

being a sterotype of the people that
enjoy rock music. I will be using
photoshop to edit my photos. I will
uses it to crop the images and add
any effects and backgrouds I think
would help improve the look of the
picture. If I need to I could even use
photodhop to add in any props that I
may have missed. I plan to use
young adults as it will give the genre
of Classic rock a refreshed look,
causing the reader to rembember
the time that classic rock was one of
the most popular music genres.
These young adults will be male as
the majority of the target audence is
male.
