When I was a toddler, my family visited Vietnam for the first time together. It was the

leading me to give this play a score of 8 out of 10 overall.
The cast was small; it only had five characters. But each was crucial in the
development of the story, and they all played off each other equally. Helen Alving,
played by Sharon Andrews, is the main character, widow of Mr. Alving, and the
owner of a large estate. She is a headstrong and independent woman who maintains
the entire estate. Oswald Alving, played by Christian O Shaughnessy, is the sonof
Helen Alving. He lives a free and wild life. Upon returning home, he does the
normal thing and drowns in alcohol and self pity as he battles his newfound illness
and secrets from the past. Pastor Manders, played by Dan Mason, is a long time
friend of Helen, as he helped her cope through her misjudged hard and sinful life.
He devotes his entire life to God and wants to lead Helen, Oswald, and Jacob in the
direction of righteousness, but often falls prey to the power of deception and
misjudgment. Jacob Engstrand, played by Tom Paradise, is an old sailor with a

My group had to opportunity to observe CM Allen s afterschool program first and
meet the kids residing in the neighborhood. Upon arriving, I noticed the little
playground right across the street from the KAD Korner Store and it wasn t very big
and took up most space in the area so there wasn t a lot of open space for the kids to
run around and playdifferent, structured games like the ones we had planned. I didn t
like that the playgroundwas across the street because the kids would run back and
forth between them and they wouldn t look both ways before crossing, unless you
reminded them constantly. However, the playground did have a skateboard area,
basketball court and a table with a roof on it for them to rest and get some shade.
The kids at CM Allen, were mostly Hispanic and around different ages, mostly older

including minority groups, gender, and the concept of individuality versus

two completely different eras, and each narrative sets out to accomplish its own
doing, we can draw clear parallel s, as well as contrasts that undoubtedly
accompany those. We are able to find similarities in underlying themes employed
by both James Joyce, as well as Tony Morrison. One of the most evident parallels

young girls being dumped at St Mary s by their respective mothers, both of which

department. After losing the job that I thought would be the one to carry through to

This lesson was taught September 25, 2017. It was the introductory lesson for my
first grade, SPAT Science unit about the sun, moon and stars. My science lesson time
slot is split into two 30 minute time segments. During the first segment, I did a unit
pre assessment with the students. This reflection video was taken during the second
time slot, at the end of the day. I chose this lesson for reflecting because at first
glance, it appears that it went fine. But, after viewing my video choices it is my
opinion, especially for this lesson, that I might have gotten better results had I
arranged things differently.
First off, before I started teaching my SPAT lessons, I didn t really realize that I
needed to plan as if this teaching time was actually 20 minutes, so the kids have
enough time to clean up and prepare to go home. So, after getting through this first
lesson, I realized that I had over planned this time of day. If I knew how quickly it
was going to go by, and that I was going to have to eliminate something, I would
have prioritized the components of my lesson differently. Especially when I consider
my overall goal for my first SPAT lesson day.

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly, directed by Sergio Leone, shows the exhilarating
tale of three men and their pursuit for two hundred thousand dollars. The film takes
place in the wild South West during the deadly and gruesome American Civil War.
The characters come in contact with the war, both on purpose and inadvertently
numerous times. The film s three main characters are Blondie, the Good, Angel Eyes,
the Bad, and Tuco, the Ugly. Throughout the motion picture, Sergio Leone pays
special attention to each characters outfit and clothing. In The Good, The Bad, And

However, Blondie appears in a cloud of cigar smoke in the window of a barn
overlooking the proceedings. His standing in his light colored outfit standing in
the barn window high above the ground reminds one of a guardian angel. This
sentiment is reinforced when Angel Eyes says at a later hanging, Even a filthy
