Mr. Thomas s house. The story takes place after WWII and explains that Germany
demolished London. There are two things that the story connects to the history of
London; one is when Germany attacks London. The attack was known as The Blitz
and shows how much damage Germany has caused London. Another connection is
the movement of the Teddy Boys. The story took place after nine years when the
war ended, and the Teddy Boys movement began around the 1950s. They were
known as rebels and had a reputation for violence. Thus the society blamed the
Teddy Boys for many of society s ill in the 1950s. The history of the Blitz shows
how the boys are affected and this is connected to them because they tend to be rebels

contrast in setting shows how private the bridge scene is compared to the robbery

Clothes is written by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni. It is a short story about an Indian
American woman, Sumita, who is about to embark on a new chapter of her life,
marriage. Sumita, throughout the story, is nervous and confused about what is to
come next in her life. The story begins in the women s lake with Sumita and her
friends, Deepali and Radha. The groups of friends are preparing Sumita for her big

Divakaruni was born in Calcutta India and also moved to the United States, except
her reasoning was to obtain a college degree. She received her Master s Degree
from Wright State University then received her PhD from the University of
California. Sumita briefly mentions a movie she once saw in Calcutta, which is the
birthplace of the author. These were not the only similarities between the author and
main character. Sumita begins to dream of working at the exotic 7 Eleven, like her

Introduction
In the current dynamic business environment stay align with the needs and demands
of consumer is a challenge for the organizations as the changing market trends
provides a tough time to organizations and more specifically the retail companies. For
the purpose of present report, a survey had been conducted to evaluate the consumer
behaviour of ALDI, which is a large retail store in Australia. The organizational
management wanted to improve the product and service quality for better customer
service. For the purpose a survey has been conducted and some of the ALDI s
regular shopper has been asked to provide their responses by filling up the designed

Conclusions
As examined above, the KPO industry in India is a booming and expected to grow
45% in size by 2010.India is currently the most popular destination in the world for
KPOs. In KPO, India has been expected to be a world leader. The contribution of
KPO will be significant in terms of revenue generation and employment. India is
already established itself as a world leader in IT. If it desires to keep its position, it
is necessary to take the problems seriously faced by this industry, else newer and
fresh destinations such as China, Philippines, Indonesia and Eastern Europe might
catch up and could even beat us. KPO will help India a long way in becoming a
global superpower and for that the Government and companies in this sector work ...
Care should be taken so that these advantages should not get truncated. Since other
countries may try to expand in global KPO market and also develop their skills
which could abrade our advantage. But, if the above discussed challenges are
addressed in the proper manner, India will undeniably retain its supremacy and
emerge as a world leader in KPO.
