Apple focuses on computer technology and has a strong culture defined by its values of accessibility, education, and environment. In 1997 Steve Jobs launched the think different campaign
which allowed for Apple to become more innovative and
strive for more success.
Apple host almost large press conferences when releasing a
new product, for instance when they released the iPhone in
2007.

demographics, environment findings, and education to be
open and accessible to anyone in the company and the outside
world.

Cultures”
In the 1980’s Peter and Waterman wrote a book called “In

Like Deal and Kennedy they wanted to understand the
superb culture of successful organizations
