• Use the remote meetings and stand-ups very effectively; make use of follow-up
calls
• Participate in Guild sessions and share
• Find a remote place at home so that interference are less for the meetings

Emotional balance: Remote working for long stretch sometimes impact emotional
balance.
Energy: Ensure that right energy food, exercise and good sleep would improve
body immunity
Ethical: Remote working practices should not dilute ethical standards
Tips:
• Take 5 to 10 mins break for every 1 hr work
• Have a quick fresh air walk min 3 to 4 times a day for 10 mins
• Balanced diet and hydration to keep fit
• Have demarcation of office time and personal time
• Connect to nature

• Have tangible measures to assess the progress
• The positive trend towards growth is an indication of our personal agility
