An HR professional with eclectic experience. In addition to Executive Search & Recruitment, I have been actively involved with Psychometric Testing and Learning & Development. While in Saudi Arabia, I gained significant exposure to the unique structure and requirements of the middle east recruitment market. Throughout my career I have enjoyed observing the human experience at the workplace. It is my belief that people (including me) perform best when instilled with a confidence in their abilities and when rewarded for showing courage and initiative.
