Planning Decide on your topic. Research your subject. Divide the information into parts. Organize the parts into a good order. Create an outline or storyboard.
Starting with slides Go to insert and click on new slide until you have enough slides to do the project. Look at apply slide layout.  Select one for the title page. The title should include the title of your ppt., your name, and the date your submit the project.
Information Add the text/information to the slides. Try not to put too much information on each slide since you should use the slide as an outline for you to talk about your topic.
Design Go to slide layout and pull down the arrow. You may pick  Slide design Colors Transitions between slides.
End the ppt. Do not just keyboard “THE END.’ Tie the slides together in a single statement.
Checklist Proofread your ppt. Ask a friend to look at your ppt. to see if he or she has any questions you do not answer. Do the work yourself to feel the pride of creating something new.
Show and tell :  Sail into your ppt.
