I have 3 years experience as a Virtual Assistant for an energy company based in Australia. I also have 5 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. I started out my career in the BPO as a call center agent for a healthcare insurance company in California, USA. After a while, I was promoted as an Operations Training Representative and eventually became a Training and Development Facilitator or a Product Trainer where I handled new hire training classes for new agents who will be taking both inbound and outbound calls.
