Master’s Degree
Empowers the leaders of tomorrow
• Five centers, six universities
• 10 fellows assigned to each of the 5 master’s centers (50 total)
• 15 to 24 month course
Professional Development Certificate
Strengthens the leaders of today
• One center, one university
• Up to 25 fellows in each session, maximum of up to 50 per year
• Three month course

14. Country of Study
Fellows study at a Rotary Peace Center in a country other than their country of
citizenship or permanent residence
Exceptions:
• Japanese citizens or residents of Japan who have completed a course of study outside
Japan may attend the Rotary Peace Center at International Christian University.
• Thai citizens or residents of Thailand may attend the Rotary Peace Center at
Chulalongkorn University.

17. Understanding the Program: Frequently Asked Questions
All applicants must be endorsed by a Rotary
District in order to submit their final application.
• How do I contact a Rotary district? District Finder
• The endorsement process requires an interview from
the district. The district is required to complete the
district endorsement section on the application
platform and submit the electronic signatures from
the District Governor, and the Peace Fellowship
Subcommittee Chair or the District Rotary Foundation
Chair.
• The district must agree to sponsor the applicant
• Districts are not required to fund the applicant if they
are selected
