bold.This immediately grabs the readers attention and states the
facts.As lady gaga is an incredibly well know name in the industry
her target demographic is a wide range of ages from most likely
children to middle aged adults. Basically everyone will have an idea
of the sound of her music
The information stating when the album is available is also in bold
and in the lower center of the album.This shows the importance of
the statement, directly below is Gaga’s website giving the audience
more information in the best way.Additionally the white colored
typography follows the conventions of a pop genre as it’s a light,
poppy color that catches the viewers eye.On the other hand the
white text contrasts with the mostly black background and darker
medium shots/close ups of the artist herself.This goes against pop
conventions of the strong use and color.This could convey the idea
that this album could be a deeper, more emotional piece of art by her
yet.

This is a small detail that I will try and remember to add to my advert.
The cross in the album name; ‘THE FAME MONSTER’ could be a
reference to many things. One being that gaga may be religious
herself and this is a way of stating that.Two, it could be a political
statement or even that her album is particularly religious and she as
explored parts of her self in a way that we haven't seen before, this
could all be a part of her brand/star image.

3. • This is Florence and the machine album advert from the lungs
album in 2009.
the main feature of this advert is obviously Florence herself
who is represented in a such a way it looks like a painting. She
is wearing a natural colored string shirt/dress with proficient
lungs visible through the dress, this could be relating to the
album name. additionally the there are flowers behind the
artist which could represent part of Florence's brand as she
has always been a very natural artist whose music videos/art
have been located and centered around nature and life.This
also represents her genre of indie pop.
Her website and record label/details are seen at the bottom of
the advert filling the bottom quarter of the advert.This is
additional information that the audience can look further into
if desire. Also the different formats the music can be
purchased/played is stated above the website which shows
the artist popularity as only bigger artists can have music on
most formats including ‘DELUXE’.

■ ‘Olly murs’ is the biggest, boldest text to
immediately grab the audiences attention. Next to
his name is the artist. He is in an attire that suits his
brand effectively and adds to his star image. He is
dressed almost casually and comes across as a
normal bloke, this could connect with the audience
an make him seem more like a real, down to earth
person than a multi-national celebrity.

name and is in bold again in a similar font but
doesn't take away the attention from the artist
name as they are in separate fonts and colors.
