The objective of this work is to contribute to valorization de Nephelium lappaceum by the characterization of kinetics of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum. The seeds were dehydrated until a constant mass respectively in a drying oven and a microwawe oven. The temperatures and the powers of drying are respectively: 50, 60 and 70°C and 140, 280 and 420 W. The results show that the curves of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum do not present a phase of constant kinetics. The coefficients of diffusion vary between 2.09.10-8 to 2.98. 10-8m-2/s in the interval of 50°C at 70°C and between 4.83×10-07 at 9.04×10-07 m-8/s for the powers going of 140 W with 420 W the relation between Arrhenius and a value of energy of activation of 16.49 kJ. mol-1 expressed the effect of the temperature on effective diffusivity.

times more likely to have thyroid problems.

hematopoietic tissue neoplasms" and increased breast
cancer.

which had been designed for the storage
of nuclear waste.

• On September 9, 41 barrels of toxic waste left
the ICMESA premises and were disposed in a
approved way.

ICMESA, to prison sentences ranging from 2.5
years to 5 years.

found three of the five accused not guilty; the

confirmed the judgment against the two
remaining defendants, even though the
prosecuting attorney had called for their
acquittal.

10 days, except at hospitals and in emergencies.
• Vacuum cleaning of roads were started from
November 10.
• The controversial odd-even traffic scheme.
17. • On November 25, 2016, the Supreme Court of
India banned the sale of firecrackers in Delhi to
alleviate pollution.
• In another measure, the Badarpur power plant
was remain shut until January 31, 2017. The
power plant is very old and polluting, and
even before the Great Smog, environmentalists
had advocated for its permanent shutdown.
• The Environment department will launch an
app to monitor the burning of leaves.
