elementary level is useless.
Student 2: That’s true. It’s another way of
wasting the people’s taxes.

instead improve the quality of instruction and

grade would improve the curriculum. Look at
Japan and Korea. They are progressive
because their elementary and high school
curricula are longer than ours.

and technology, and math are emphasized in

should be installed in schools.
