  • 5. 1. ALWAYS link to your website • • • Biggest mistake retailers make. People can’t purchase if they don’t know where to go! The purpose is to drive people back to your site to purchase ACTION: You're next post should link to a relevant page on your website (Not always the homepage)
  • 6. 2. Make it easy for customers to get in touch • On your Facebook even if you don’t have a telephone number have some form of contact • An email address, web address do not leave it blank. Action: Check Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest make sure you have contact details and links work
  • 7. 3. Get RID of dead pages on website • If you have a page with no information or the words coming soon, remove it • This also relates to pages that aren’t receiving traffic or no longer relevant – use Google Analytics ACTION: Do a website review. Go through each Page.

VISIT our website, READ our customer feedback, CLICK HERE to receive free delivery as a thank you. ACTION: Check your website - do you have clear directions asking your customer to do something? Check your social networks - make sure you're doing the same there.

Get RID of that gmail/ yahoo/hotmail email address • If you have a unique web address www.wevegotyou.com then you should have xxx@wegotyou.com email. • Brand perception • Reassuring for a customer as anyone can have a yahoo/hotmail/ google address ACTION: Make plans to change your email address to match your web address within 90 days.
