Steward : Good morning, can I help you?
Kevin : Yes, please. I would like to check in myself and my

Steward : Could you show me your passport, please?
Kevin : Here it is. We have a VISA already.
Steward : How many bags do you have?
Kevin : One for carry-on and one for cargo.

Kevin : Is it possible for us to take a seat in the same zone?
Steward : Yes, anything else?
Kevin : No, thanks.

The man is called a Steward; the lady is called an air hostess or
stewardess.

This is the baggage claim, it is the place you will pick up
your baggage after you land at the airport.
