An instructional design technologist is a professional who uses a
systematic way of designing, carrying out, and evaluating the total
process of teaching and learning. Also, the professional should follow
the four steps of the ISD model: identify need, design the outline,
develop content or material, and implement the result (McArdle 2011).

In conclusion, the Instructional Design &Technology is an elaborate process that
requires a deep educational knowledge, training, and computer skills.
