‘does’ or ‘did’.
Step 1- Make it affirmative.

By whom is she taught ?
Who likes your brother? (Who- subject, Your brother-
object)

question word ‘who’ and it has two
objects then apply the following trick
(simple present and simple past)-
By whom + is/am/are/was/were +
object 1+ V (iii) + object 2

By whom is she taught English?
Who taught you English?
By whom were you taught English?

13. If the sentence is starting with any helping
verb like
is/am/are/was/were/has/have/had/will/
shall etc.
Step -1 Firstly make it affirmative.
Step -2 Make it passive.
Step -3 Again make it interrogative.
