3A’s Model of Change:

(A)cknowledgement,
(A)doption
Improve your Awareness on inclusive
wellness coaching framework & how it
enhances your ability to respond to
your life’s challeneges
(Through 60 to 90 Minutes group or
one on one free session)
Awareness session offers a simple
conscious mental hygiene practice
that you practice for a week to find &
Acknowlege your connect through a
follow up session. Should you find it,
we move to the next step.
(Up to 30 Minutes follow up session,
post one week of awareness session)
3A’s Model of Change:
(A)wareness,
(A)cknowledgement,
(A)doption
You undergo, 5 one on one sessions
spread over next 5 weeks. Each
Adoption session consists of 30 minutes
of practice correction session and next 30
minutes focus on a specific health
challenge or goal, should you have one.
(At the end of 5 priced adoption
sesssions, you notice the difference in the
way you respond to your life challeneges)
