challenges by putting our

various hygiene practices,
which in turn influence
certain aspects of our health
in a certain way, for example:
1. Sleep ENHANCES Mental Hygiene Practices
INFLUENCES Mental Health (Emotional wellbeing)
2. Food & Fitness routines ENHANCES Physical Hygiene
Practices INFLUENCES Physical health (Vitality, Immunity)
3. Mindful Actions (Learn, Plan, Act, Reflect & Respond)
ENHANCES Action hygiene Practices INFLUENCES
Economic health (Career, Finances)
4. Taking care of family & social needs ENHANCES Group
Hygiene Practices INFLUENCES Social health (Relationships,
Culture, Overall Health of the Group members)
While we continue to try and
address these challenges,
depending on the level of effort/
focus on some or all hygiene
practices, the outcomes vary.
What really differentiates
the quality of outcome?...
Generally we approach these hygiene practices
discretely, while they are actually interlinked.
Inclusive wellness framework acknowledges this
and enhances focus on mental hygiene practices
which not only influences one’s mental health, but
also positively influences other aspects of the
health - Physical, Economic& Social. This
integrated approach drives outcomes that often
exceeds our expectations!

works…
3A’s Model of Change:
(A)wareness,
(A)cknowledgement,
(A)doption
Improve one’s Awareness on inclusive
wellness coaching framework & how it
enhances one’s ability to respond to
their life’s challeneges, which touches
one or all other aspects of their health -
Mental, Physical, Economic, Social.
(Through 60 to 90 Minutes group or one on
one free session)
Awareness session offers a simple
conscious mental hygiene practice
that one practices for a week to find &
Acknowlege his/her connect through a
follow up response. Should one finds the
connect, we move to the next step.
(Follow up response could be either through a 30
minutes follow up session invloving clarifications
or a simple plain text confirmation )
3A’s Model of Change:
(A)wareness,
(A)cknowledgement,
(A)doption
One undergoes, 5 one on one sessions
spread over next 5 weeks. Each Adoption
session consists of 30 minutes of practice
correction session and next 30 minutes is
devoted to a specific health challenge or
goal, that one wishes to focus on.
(At the end of 5 priced adoption sesssions, one
notices the plapable difference in various aspects
of one’s health)

Testimonial
I am Sinu Mathew, a professional Social worker, was
playing responsible role in a company, suddenly, one day I
lost my job surprisingly.
I was pulling my life without a permanent job last one
year but engaged with some projects as part time which
made me unhappy and caused financial burden. It is a
situation totally wiped out and blank.
During the time I have met Mr. Praveen Kumar, the life
coach and started to practice Mindfulness with him.
He has explained about mindfulness and its scope and
needs. The levels of mindfulness practices specially
“Mental Hygiene practices” helped me to recognize the
barriers which has rooted unconsciously in my mind.
The mental hygiene practice has enhanced me to meet my
life challenges. I am free from anxiety, tension and
