DUTIES UNDER FRONT OFFICE
 Audit all daily revenue reports to ensure all income pertaining to unit has been accounted for correctly.
 Ensures verification of actual departure report and scrutiny of guest checkout folios to eradicate all
discrepancies.
 Monitors correct documentation of all transactions by Front Office Assistants.
 Scrutinizes front office allowances, discounts, paid outs and room transfers to ensure that they are
correctly passed and authorized.
 Maintain the Log Book and effective follow up system, Check the daily arrival list and monitor all VIP
movement.
 Monitor daily performance and manage revenue through revenue.
 Performed daily check-in and check-out.
 Processes a working knowledge of the reservations department. Take same day reservation reservations
and future reservation when necessary. Known cancellation procedures.
 Suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other service of the hotel.
 Provided travel assistance and arranged for transportations for guests.
 Handled guest complaints and provided them with solutions.
 Handled Postings, Settlements and Allowances.
 Updating of C Form for all the foreign nationals and update their passport and visa details in P.M.S.
 Ensure to follow all the front office standard operating procedures and policies.
