ACADEMIC SYNOPSIS:
 In June-2015 Completed Master of Technology in CAD/CAM/CAE .The Dissertation carried out during
this course was, “Investigation of effect of thermal loading on key element of CNC machine
through Finite element analysis (FEA)”.
 In May-2015 Completed certified training of finite element analysis (FEA) with using ANSYS APDL
software.
 In June-2013 Completed Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical engineering. The project carried out
during this course was,” Design and development of experimental setup for verification of
mathematical model of two tank liquid level System”.
 In August- 2012 Completed certified training of 3D modeling and designing using CATIA and Auto
Cad

 Dissertation Title:“Investigation of Effect of Thermal Loading on Key Element of CNC Machine
through Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A)”
 Highlights:
 Carried out literature survey regarding thermal performance of ball screw and machine spindle. The
Literature survey is to enhance various authors’ research work in this particular area and to find out
literature gap.
 Estimated analytically frictional temperature rise in ball screw nut, ball screw shaft, ball screw
supporting bearing.
 Applied these analytical temperatures on SOLID EDGE model of ball screw assembly and
investigate temperature distribution and thermal deformation of system in ANSYS by coupled field
analysis.
 Estimated analytically temperature rise in angular contact ball bearing and metal cutting at spindle
interface. Applied this temperature rise on spindle system and investigate temperature distribution
and thermal deformation on spindle assembly.
 Experimentally temperatures are measured by infrared thermometer and successfully find out results
and conclusion.
B.E PROJECT WORK: Jul’12 - Jun’13
 Project Title: “Design and development of experimental setup for verification of mathematical model
of two tank liquid level System”
 Highlights:
 Carried out literature survey regarding two tank liquid level systems for linearization technique and
fined out literature gap.
 Carried out the component drawing in Auto Cad Software and developed component as per design.
 Made the process flow chart by step by step operation of liquid level system. Here introduced the
concept of resistance & capacitance to describe the dynamics of such systems and mathematical
model of such systems is obtained by using resistance & capacitance
 Manufactured with all mechanical component set-up for liquid Level system with interaction. Such
systems are extensively used in flow process, fluid packing industries.
 Verified of Linearization Theory with Practically, Using MATLAB Technique.
IN PLANT TRAINING:
 M.Tech (Mechanical CAD/CAM/CAE) Project at TAL Manufacturing Solutions LTD, Pune –
Duration 11 Months.
 Done the training of 15 days in JAGADEESH IRON &STEELS PVT. LTD. In which the detailed
information of manufacture of parts of automobiles, railways, pumps etc.
 Done the training of 15 days in MENON PISTON LIMITED PLANT, Sangli. In which I studied
detailed information about manufacturing of pistons of automobiles, kirloskar oil engine and various
size of gudgeon pin etc.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
 Paper presentation in National Conference at RIT NConPG-2015 on “Investigation of thermal error in
ball screw of vertical machining centres”(2015)
 Attended Training programme on “Optimisation methods for research and industry” by college of
engineering Pune in association with Mannhein Hochschule university of applied science, Germany and
Altair engineering (2014)
 Paper presentation at D.Y.PATIL College Kolhapur on “Antimatter” (2013).
 Paper presented on Smart material at P.V.P.I.T Budhgaon on “Smart Material” (2013).
