 Supporting on all types of RDA assignments such as lateral analysis, dry and wet deflections calculations, dry critical speeds
calculations and speed map calculations, Simulation of Site failure cases to determine the root cause.
 Performing rotor dynamic analysis as per site requirement and imparting training to the new team members to perform
analysis for between bearing, vertical and overhung pumps
 Execution of RDA work projects, conducting Full Rotor Dynamic Analysis on the given pump Lateral analysis (Eigen value
calculation) on the Pump, Torsional analysis on the full train with fatigue stress calculation using Goodman equation.
 Accountable for complete Torsional analysis of the train which includes complex trains such as pump-gear-motor-clutch-

 Responsible for part modeling, assembly and creating 3D-G. A. drawings, base plate drawings, layout drawings and scale
cross section of different pumps and components.
 Assisting in various analysis projects and completed various standardization projects to reduce the completion time of
particular projects.
 Proactively involved in the part modeling (casting and machining) of different component of pumps in proper method, as it
will be used for analysis and pattern making.
 Carried out Modeling, Drafting, assembling and creating cross sectional drawing for different types of pumps. Worked on
