I am a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with the New Programs Engineering team at Tesla where I design and deliver
prototypes ranging from small test components to advanced full vehicle prototypes such as Roadster, Model Y and
CyberTruck
I have a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a background in computational modeling of fluid flow, structural
and thermal systems. I am also skilled in designing prototypes using 3D modeling and performing experimental tests for
validating new product designs.
Having gained a strong knowledge in the different aspects of mechanical engineering through my 3+ years of academic
research and 4+ years of professional experience, I strive to improve the mechanical design of products for enhanced
performance in a timely and cost-effective manner.

A Novel Atomized Dielectric Spray-Based Electric Discharge Machining for Sustainable Manufacturing MS Thesis

Developed a novel method to minimize the consumption of dielectric fluids in EDM using atomized droplets
The new process was observed to reduce tool electrode wear by 4% and was also 16% more efficient in flushing the debris
particles from the discharge region

Spray-EDM process through CFD using ANSYS Fluent
