Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
3. To order goods and supplies to ensure that maximum/minimum stock levels are
maintained.
To ensure that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered and in
accordance whit the agreed price.
To ensure correct stock rotation and that issue are effected on a first in first out
basic.
To ensure that all issue are made against requisition and that no item leave the store
room with out the appropriate documentation or signature.
Market survey & compare 2/3 vendor rate before finalized monthly contract.
To all stackable & perishable item through approved suppliers.
Maintained and updated purchasing records.
Maintaining stock at the store.
Maintain clean and pest-free storing conditions.
Managing a vendor data base.
To inform hotel GM in the case of expired/spoiled or damage of any item.
