 Worked as Purchase Executive in Sarovar Portico Hotel Ahmedabad From
Jun’09 to Dec’12.

 Monitored quantity and quality of goods received
 Verification of received material (physically & Quantity) as per order sheet &
PO.
 Generate GRN for received materials and maintaining records and posting on
IDS.
 Issue Materials as per requisition.
 Preparation of gate passes (returnable/non returnable) credit note, GRN and
other document.
 Maintain of store as per location and implement FIFO.
 Monitoring & controlling of inward and outward materials.

 Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services.
 Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing.
 Preparing & Processing requisition, purchase order & invoice for purchase.
 Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
 To order goods and supplies to ensure that maximum/minimum stock levels are
maintained.
 To ensure that goods received are of the quality and quantity ordered and in
accordance whit the agreed price.
 To ensure correct stock rotation and that issue are effected on a first in first out
basic.
 To ensure that all issue are made against requisition and that no item leave the store
room with out the appropriate documentation or signature.
 Market survey & compare 2/3 vendor rate before finalized monthly contract.
 To all stackable & perishable item through approved suppliers.
 Maintained and updated purchasing records.
 Maintaining stock at the store.
 Maintain clean and pest-free storing conditions.
 Managing a vendor data base.
 To inform hotel GM in the case of expired/spoiled or damage of any item.
 Make food Cost daily.
