 Reconciliation of client material
 Preparation purchase orders for store regular material
 Follow up critical material
 Local purchase
Other Responsibilities
 Preparation of Material Receipt Note manually as well as through computer system after
verifying the Purchase Order.
 Issue of Materials and updating of Bin cards & Material Issue Book.
 Material request as per production plan
