Aerospace is executing major Aerospace projects involving Precision machining, Precision fabrication,
(Welding & Brazing), Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment, Assembly, Testing & Supply of Complex &
Air worthy Systems.
Godrej Aerospace has amassed a rich experience in successful development & productionisation of
Liquid Propulsion Engines, Defence Systems, Satellite Components & Assemblies and Dish Antennas
with Feed Systems.

Job responsibilities include:
Leads and directs the daily activities of the Quality Department providing leadership, mentoring, and
supervision of personnel. Evaluates and develops employees through performance reviews, ongoing
coaching and feedback methods.
Analyzes and arranges resources in the inspection and quality areas meet production schedule.
Assists in the development and modification of quality procedures; suggests changes in standards,
equipment and gauges to facilitate work and maintain or improve quality.

2. Maintains control of non-conforming product and MRB Inventory; leads Root Cause Analysis with a
focus on improving and sustaining quality manufacturing process.
Performs FAI sequences and follows procedures referenced in Process/Operation Sheets, Blueprints,
Drawings, and other technical documentation to ensure product conformity and quality of product.
Prepare First Article Package for customer approval. Prepare, and submit deviation requests package
for approval using customer portals based on customer requirements.
Generate in-process and final inspection methods documentation defining and utilizing proper
inspection techniques and tools.
Support maintenance of ISO9001-2008 and AS9100C credentials. Act as a technical resource in the
areas of quality systems/software and document control.
Identify and implement ideas that will improve inspection methods or enhance the effectiveness of the
Quality Management System.
Promote changes supporting continuous improvement initiatives. TPM,Kaizen and other Lean
Manufacturing programs and philosophies.
Lens support to Supplier FAI approval.
Participate in customer contract reviews.
Initiate and Participate in CFT activities IN ORDER TO improve process efficiency and product quality.
Initiate non-conformance report against any deviation or system violations.
Prepare pre-dispatch inspection reports as per sampling plan
