This study analyzes push-pull activities associated with awkward postures among workers in the aerospace industry, focusing on their impact on potential back pain. It identified the maximum acceptable forces for pushing (433.942 N) and pulling (396.691 N), revealing that pushing is more sustainable than pulling, while the comfort level of postures was assessed using RULA scoring, yielding a discomfort level of 7. The findings suggest significant ergonomic risks due to the nature and duration of these tasks, highlighting the need for improved workplace ergonomics.
