A SEMI-BLIND WATERMARKING SCHEME FOR RGB IMAGE USING CURVELET TRANSFORMijfcstjournal
In this paper, a semi-blind watermarking technique of embedding the color watermark using curvelet coefficient in RGB cover image has been proposed. The technique used the concept of HVS that the human eyes are not much sensitive to blue color. So the blue color plane of the cover image is used as embedding domain. A bit planes method is also used, the most significant bit (MSB) plane of watermark image is used
as embedding information. Selected scale and orientation of the curvelet coefficients of the blue channel in the cover image has been used for embedding the watermark information. All other 0-7 bit planes are used as a key at the time of extraction. The results of the watermarking scheme have been analyzed by different quality assessment metric such as PSNR, Correlation Coefficient (CC) and Mean Structure Similarity Index Measure (MSSIM). The experimental results show that the proposed technique gives the good invisibility of watermark, quality of extracted watermark and robustness against different attacks.

Image Watermarking in Spatial Domain Using QIM and Genetic Algorithmijsrd.com
Digital watermarking is one of the proposed solutions for copyright protection of multimedia data. A watermark is a form of image or text that is impressed onto paper, which provides evidence of its authenticity. A digital watermark is digital data embedded in some host document so as to later prove the ownership of the document. Digital image watermarking refers to digital data embedding in images. Robust image watermarking systems are required so that watermarked images can resist geometric attacks in addition to common image processing tasks, such as JPEG compression. Least Significant Bit (LSB) watermarking, is one of the most traditional method of watermarking which changes the LSB of individual pixels in correlation with the watermark. However, pure LSB scheme provides a fragile watermarking technique which is not acceptable in practical applications. Also, robustness against geometric attacks, such as rotation, scaling and translation, still remains one of the most challenging research topics in pixel based image watermarking. In this paper, a new pixel-based watermarking system is proposed, in which a binary logo is embedded, a bit per pixel, in the pixel domain of an image. The LSB based watermarking is then quantized using QIM, augmented with genetic algorithm to produce a watermarking scheme which is highly robust against geometrical attacks.

Multimedia data compression is a challenging situation for compression technique, due to the possibility of loss
of data as well as it require large amount of storage place. The minimization of storage place and proper
transmission of these data need compression. In this dissertation we proposed a block based DWT image
compression technique using genetic algorithm and HCC code matrix. The HCC code matrix compressed into
two different set redundant and non-redundant which generate similar pattern of block coefficient. The similar
block coefficient generated by particle of swarm optimization. The process of particle of swarm optimization is

ROBUST COLOUR IMAGE WATERMARKING SCHEME BASED ON FEATURE POINTS AND IMAGE NOR...csandit
Geometric attacks can desynchronize the location of the watermark and hence cause incorrect
watermark detection. This paper presents a robust colour image watermarking scheme based on
visually significant feature points and image normalization technique. The feature points are
used as synchronization marks between watermark embedding and detection. The watermark is
embedded into the non overlapped normalized circular regions in the luminance component or
the blue component of a color image. The embedding of the watermark is carried out by
modifying the DCT coefficients values in selected blocks. The original unmarked image is not
required for watermark extraction Experimental results show that the proposed scheme
successfully makes the watermark perceptually invisible as well as robust to common signal
processing and geometric attacks.

This paper proposes a real time and energy efficient image watermarking scheme using DCT – DWT hybrid transformation. The proposed method is using a 2 – level of quantization on the Y component of true color image captured in real time and low frequency band coefficients are selected for the dataset prepared of size 256 * 10 using these coefficients, which is supplied to Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) a single layer feed forward network. A normalized column vector of size 256 * 1 is generated by ELM for its usage as key sequence for embedding the watermark. This hybrid transforms provide a better imperceptibility and reduction in the time taken by entire watermarking process i.e. within a second, makes it energy efficient and suitable for the proposed smart phone android app for a real time image watermarking.
Development of a Location Invariant Crack Detection and Localisation Model (L...CSCJournals
Computer vision (CV) -based techniques are being deployed to solve the problem of Crack Detection in metallic and concrete surfaces. This is because the Human-oriented inspections being used have drawbacks in the area of cost and manpower. One of the deployed CV techniques is the Deep Convolutional Neural Network (DCNN). Existing DCNN based crack detection models have a challenge of performing poorly when tested on images taken at a different location from the training images, hence crack localization is required. Thus, this research develops a location invariant crack detection and localization (LICDAL) model in unconstrained oil pipeline images using DCNN. LICDAL is developed by applying transfer learning on the Faster Region based - CNN (Faster R-CNN). The model is made location invariant by gathering images of cracked oil pipeline from various locations. The collected images are split into a 70%:30% ratio for training and testing set. LICDAL is evaluated using the mean Average Precision (mAP). The results on testing LICDAL shows the detected and localised cracks with a mAP of 97.3% on a set of 10 new test images taken from different locations; the highest Average Precision at 99% and the lowest Average Precision at 86%. The performance of LICDAL is compared to an existing crack detection model which detects cracks alone. LICDAL adequately localizes the detected cracks, thus improving crack identification. Secondly, there is no drastic reduction in performance for the test images taken at different locations from the training images, thus making LICDAL location invariant.
Efficient and Robust Detection of Duplicate Videos in a Databaserahulmonikasharma
In this paper, the duplicate detection method is to retrieve the best matching model video for a given query video using fingerprint. We have used the Color Layout Descriptor method and Opponent Color Space to extract feature from frame and perform k-means based clustering to generate fingerprints which are further encoded by Vector Quantization. The model-to-query video distance is computed using a new distance measure to find the similarity. To perform efficient search coarse-to-fine matching scheme is used to retrieve best match. We perform experiments on query videos and real time video with an average duration of 60 sec; the duplicate video is detected with high similarity.

Measuring the Effects of Rational 7th and 8th Order Distortion Model in the R...IOSRJVSP
One of the biggest and important issues in the video watermarking is the distortion and attacks. The attacks and distortion affect the digital watermarking. Watermarking is an embedding process. With the help of watermarking, we insert the data into the digital objects. There are few methods are available for authentication of data, securing/protection of data. The watermarking technique also provides the data security, copyright protection and authentication of the data. Watermarking provides a comfortable life to authorized users. In my proposed work, we are working on distorted watermarked video. The distortion is present on the watermarked video is rational 7 th and 8 th order distortion model. In this paper, firstly we are embedding the watermark information into the original video and after that work on the distortion model which may be come into the watermarked video. We are also calculating the PSNR (Peak signal to noise ratio), SSIM (Structural similarity index measure), Correlation, BER (Bit Error Rate) and MSE (Mean Square Error) parameters for distorted watermarked video. We are showing the relationship between correlation and SSIM with BER, MSE and PSNR.

Abstract
Recent years have witnessed rapid development in Digital video watermarking. Security and copyright protection are getting to be imperative issues in media applications and administrations. Video watermarking is relatively a new technology that has been proposed to solve the problem of illegal manipulation and distribution of digital video. It is the process of embedding copyright information in video bit streams. Most of the proposed video watermarking schemes are based on the techniques of image watermarking. But video watermarking introduces some issues not present in image watermarking. In this paper, we perform a survey on available video watermarking techniques and it provides a critical review on various available techniques.
Digital watermarking has been proposed as a solution to the problem of copyright protection of
multimedia documents in networked environments. There are two important issues that watermarking
algorithms need to address. First, watermarking schemes are required to provide trustworthy evidence for
protecting rightful ownership. Second, good watermarking schemes should satisfy the requirement of
robustness and resist distortions due to common image manipulations (such as filtering, compression,
etc.). In this paper, a watermarking algorithm is proposed based on the Discrete Wavelet Transform
(DWT), Fractional Fourier Transform (FrFT) and Singular value decomposition (SVD). Analysis and
experimental results show that the proposed watermarking method performs well in both security and
robustness.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.
