Investment costs, Selling prices, Construction standards, construction project management
and government policies.
The objective of the study is to determine the level of influence of factors on the
effectiveness of social housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

attention by the State and Ho Chi Minh City Government in the city's development

(Survey results after being synthesized in Excel and SPSS)
The ratings are divided into: Very good, Good, Not good and Bad. Bases for
setting the level of assessment based on the principles and standards of relevant design
rules. Some evaluation criteria do not have specific standards (e.g. "potential of future
position", "cohesive, cultural community" ...), which are considered to be considered
based on common concepts or other specific conditions.

Note (*) This distance is calculated for social housing in special cities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh
City) based on city size, vehicle characteristics and travel time. With other cities, there
should be adjustments in the level of assessment of these distances.
In order to facilitate the assessment of social housing quality, the research team
has published a table "Evaluation criteria according to the evaluation levels". This
table is studied to simplify social housing quality issues, which can be used for both
professionals and people. There are 4 levels Very good, Good, Not bad, Bad. given a
specific score on the principle: Very good Not bad 100% maximum score, Good: 75%,
Not bad: 50%. Points are rounded to 0.25. The assessors base on the guidance table on
the assessment levels to grade for each social housing zone.
