This study examined children's knowledge, skills, and interaction with capacitive touch technology like the iPad. 20 children aged 8 played games on iPads which were observed and their skills assessed. The study found that children were knowledgeable about touch screens due to technology exposure at home. They could independently use and handle iPads, showing motor skills. When playing games, children interacted positively with the technology, expressing curiosity through actions and words. The study concluded that with guidance, touch screen technology can help develop children's creativity and prepare them to be innovative in the future.
