1. Production Reflection

2. ProcessBefore recording my podcast,
I had to produce the script
for what would be my intro
and outro. I aimed to write a
cliché and stereotypical
introduction that also
includes comedy. this is not
the final draft for my script
and I may end up adding
elements and other lines
while recording it; I will go
with whatever sounds right.
As well as the script, other
things I added include a list of
topics to talk about with my
co-hosts and guests. I tried to
add a wide range of different
topics to talk about and
didn’t give us many limits

3. Process
The first thing I loaded up
onto premiere pro was the
actual audio of my podcast,
with the hosts and guests. I
started experimenting with
transitioning effects to see
how that would sound and
if it would be good enough
to keep in the final product.

4. Process
Secondly, I trialled multiple
different, royalty-free music I
found on incompetech.com
and picked the best that fit
with the audio and what I
believed would also go with
the intro when it was recorded.
The music I used is called
Bossa Antigua by Kevin
Macleod and I think it fits well
with the aesthetic of the
introduction and of the
podcast as a whole. The song
is of Lounge/Jazz genre

5. Process
After recording it, I uploaded the
introduction that I voiced and
would use for each episode of the
podcast were it to be real. With the
sound clips imported and in order I
added all the final transition effects
and set the duration

6. Process
After double-checking everything
was in the correct order and
volume and duration I exported
my work on premiere into and
mp3 file making it easier to access
and listen to. This would hopefully
be the format on which other
people would have listened to it.
