Abstract: This paper presents an optimal and secure communication of real time data over a CDMA
based IP RAN network. In the process of data transmission, a new coding approach for security
enhancement and quality improvement based on spectrum utilization and antenna coding is suggested.
The traffic model is developed for image and audio data transmission over a wireless channel, having
an interference of AWGN noise with fading effects. An optimal spectrum sensing approach for proper
resource allocation is developed, and communicated using the secure WeP protocol. The developed
approach is evaluated for different communication parameters and compared in comparisons to
conventional modeling of CDMA system. The obtained results illustrates an improvement in quality
metrics for the developed system, in comparison to the conventional modeling.

Race, Ethnicity, And Gender
Race, ethnicity, and gender has been a significant topic discussed throughout many years. However, it
can has its negative cognectation because people feel superior to other people due to their race,
ethnicity, social class and gender. There are many philosophical theories that relate to these discussion
such as white gaze, one drop rule, and five faces of oppression. Moreover, these theories also applies
to my ethnicity which is Dominican. Even though race is not a real concept, due to the fact that is a
men made belief to categorize people based on their skin color, culture, and religion, it isolates people
into experiencing new things. Thorough history, we have seen how blacks have been treated due to
their skin color. Thus, when it sex, and gender, women are treated differently due to the idea that
women have to be protected and depend on a men to provide, shelter, and provide money. Takes away
the independence of a women, and not until recently, women are gaining their power and wellness. In
my opinion I believe white gaze is a common practice in America and it affects many people who are
not part of the white race . White race is looking at the world thought the eyes of white person. One
way this affects a nonwhite person is that they face racism, or stereotypes. I chose this idea because I
experienced white gaze here at Canisius College. Once, I was looking for a professor, However she

Ulcerative Colitis Affected My Family
In 2011, my brother was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis which affected my entire family including
myself. He went through many surgeries, many of which made it quite impossible for me to see him
given that I was only 11 years old, and everything on that level in that hospital was contagious.
Throughout, this period in my life my mother was always busy and I learned to slowly do my things
on my own. Although it sounds crucial, I didn t expect much from my mother given that she basically
lived in the hospital. I fell into depression because my brother was my best friend and I couldn t
accept that he was in so much pain. I learned to overcome depression and slowly learned that life
shouldn t be taken for granted and I should believe in myself.

The characters observed in Albert Camus s book, The Stranger, are human; they aren t anything more
or anything less. Every human is cruel and unusual in one way or the other. People are inhumane to
each other and make irrational decisions, but they are still considered human. Characters like
Raymond and the magistrate exhibit these traits. From the view of people, remaining completely
objective to any given subject is impossible. There always is bias and opinion in their thought process.
However, Meursault is not every person. His decisions are impulsive, based purely on facts and his
surroundings. People cannot understand Meursault because he can take everything at face value with
only himself as the center of relativity; no one else can do that. People like the priest try to understand
it but cannot, so they try changing Meursault instead. Others like Raymond take advantage of it. They
all are indifferent towards Meursault s understanding. Meursault is seen as the absurdity of the world
because he sees the discrepancies of other people s lives head on by being objective to their actions,
behaviors, and beliefs while remaining steadfast towards his own reality. Raymond was the most
morally unjust person that interacted with Meursault, which shows Meursault s objectivity towards
choices between good and evil. Throughout the novel Meursault associates with Raymond even in
