2. Aim of Shoot
For my page and layout design
unit I had to do a photo shoot for
my fashion magazine. I took a
number or different photos. I
looked through my magazines I
had a home to try and get an idea
of what to take photo’s of and
what kind of background to have.
This helped me get an idea
before doing my photo shoot.

3. Description of shoot
I chose 3 different outfits for the shoot so
all the photo’s weren't the same and I
have a Varity of different shots. I took
some on a plain back ground so I could
cut round them and use them on he front
cover and content page. Then I went into
the garden and took some photos with
different props for the double page spread
photo’s.
It helped that is was sunny so I could go
out and take photo’s and I didn’t have to
change any lighting. I think my shoot
went well as I got a Varity of photos and
different background scenes.

6. Editing effects
I was messing around with the effect on Photoshop when I saw this.
You click on the different images and it adds more yellow, cyan,
green etc to the image. I clicked on the different picture till I was
happy with the way the effect looked.

I was happy with the way my photo’s came out and how the effect made them look.

9. Rejected Images
I didn’t choose these as they came out dark and the backgrounds were either to hard to cut
round or they didn’t suit the theme.

10. Aims for next project
For my next project I will try different styles and
editing techniques.
I will also use the rule of thirds when taking my
photo’s.
