In the course of realization of modern day robots,
which not only perform tasks, but also behaves like human
beings during their interaction with the natural environment,
it is essential for us to impart knowledge of the underlying
emotions in the spoken utterances of human beings to the
robots, enabling them to be consistent, whole, complete and
perfect. To this end, it is essential for them too to understand
and identify the human emotions. For this reason, stress is
laid now-a-days on the study of emotional content of the speech
and accordingly speech emotion recognition engines have been
proposed. This paper is a survey of the main aspects of speech
emotion recognition, namely, features extractions and types
of features commonly used, selection of most informed
features from the original dataset of the features, and
classification of the features according to different classifying
techniques based on relative information regarding commonly
used database for the speech emotion recognition.

A listening test is also being conducted using 300 speech samples uttered by students at the ages of 19 -22 the ages of 19-22 years old. The features of prosodic parameters based on the emotional speech classified according to the auditory impressions of the subjects are analyzed. Analysis results suggest that prosodic features that identify their emotions and degrees are not only speakers’ gender dependent, but also listeners’ gender dependent.

Besides having some challenges, voice based emotion recognition is getting popular, as the situation where the facial image is not available, the voice is the only way to detect the emotional or psychiatric condition of a
person. However, the voice signal is so dynamic even in a short-time frame so that, a voice of the same person can differ within a very subtle period of time. Therefore, in this research basically two key criterion have been considered; firstly, this is clear that there is a necessity to partition the training data according
to the emotional stage of each individual speaker. Secondly, rather than using the entire voice signal, short time significant frames can be used, which would be enough to identify the emotional condition of the speaker. In this research, Cepstral Coefficient (CC) has been used as voice feature and a fixed valued kmeans clustered method has been used for feature classification. The value of k will depend on the number
of emotional situations in human physiology is being an evaluation. Consequently, the value of k does not necessarily consider the volume of experimental dataset. In this experiment, three emotional conditions: happy, angry and sad have been detected from eight female and seven male voice signals. This methodology has increased the emotion detection accuracy rate significantly comparing to some recent works and also reduced the CPU time of cluster formation and matching.
Several attempts had been made to analyze emotion words in the fields of linguistics, psychology and sociology; with the advent of computers, the analyses of these words have taken a different dimension. Unfortunately, limited attempts have so far been made to using interval type-2 fuzzy logic (IT2FL) to analyze these words in native languages. This study used IT2FL to analyze Igbo emotion words. IT2F sets are computed using the interval approach method which is divided into two parts: the data part and the fuzzy set part. The data part preprocessed data and its statistics computed for the interval that survived the preprocessing stages while the fuzzy set part determined the nature of the footprint of uncertainty; the IT2F set mathematical models for each emotion characteristics of each emotion word is also computed. The data used in this work was collected from fifteen subjects who were asked to enter an interval for each of the emotion characteristics: Valence, Activation and Dominance on an interval survey of the thirty Igbo emotion words. With this, the words are being analyzed and can be used for the purposes of translation between vocabularies in consideration to context.

speaker. we are still far from having a natural interaction between the human and machine because
machines cannot distinguishes the emotion of the speaker. For this reason it has been established a new
investigation field, namely “the speech emotion recognition systems”. The accuracy of these systems
depend on the various factors such as the type and the number of the emotion states and also the classifier
type. In this paper, the classification methods of C5.0, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and the
combination of C5.0 and SVM (SVM-C5.0) are verified, and their efficiencies in speech emotion
recognition are compared. The utilized features in this research include energy, Zero Crossing Rate (ZCR),
pitch, and Mel-scale Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC). The results of paper demonstrate that the
effectiveness proposed SVM-C5.0 classification method is more efficient in recognizing the emotion of the
between -5.5 % and 8.9 % depending on the number of emotion states than SVM, C5.0.
Abstract: Speech technology and systems in human computer interaction have witnessed a stable and remarkable advancement over the last two decades. Today, speech technologies are commercially available for an unlimited but interesting range of tasks. These technologies enable machines to respond correctly and reliably to human voices, and provide useful and valuable services. This thesis presents the characteristics of emotion in voice and on that basis propose a new method to detecting emotion in a simplified way by using a prosodic features and spectral from speech. We classify seven emotions: happy, anger, fear, disgust, sadness and neutral inner state. This thesis discusses the method to extract features from a recorded speech sample, and using those features, to detect the emotion of the subject. Every emotion comprises different vocal parameters exhibiting diverse characteristics of speech, which is used for preliminary classification. Then Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) method was used to extract spectral features. The MFCC coefficients were again trained by Artificial Neural Network (ANN) which then classifies the input in particular emotional class.
Predicting the Level of Emotion by Means of Indonesian Speech SignalTELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
Understanding human emotion is of importance for developing better and facilitating smooth
interpersonal relations. It becomes much more important because human thinking process and behavior
are strongly influenced by the emotion. Align with these needs, an expert system that capable of predicting
the emotion state would be useful for many practical applications. Based on a speech signal, the system
has been widely developed for various languages. This study intends to evaluate to which extent Mel-
Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) features, besides Teager energy feature, derived from
Indonesian speech signal relates to four emotional types: happy, sad, angry, and fear. The study utilizes
empirical data of nearly 300 speech signals collected from four amateur actors and actresses speaking 15
prescribed Indonesian sentences. Using support vector machine classifier, the empirical findings suggest
that the Teager energy, as well as the first coefficient of MFCCs, are a crucial feature and the prediction
can achieve the accuracy level of 86%. The accuracy increases quickly with a few initial MFCC features.
The fourth and more features have negligible effects on the accuracy.

The need has risen for a more natural communication interface between humans and computer, as computers have become an integral part of our lives. A lot of work currently going on to improve the interaction between humans and computers. To achieve this goal, a computer would have to be able to distinguish its present situation and respond differently depending on that observation. Part of this process involves understanding a user‟s emotional state. To make the human computer interaction more natural, the objective is that computer should be able to recognize emotional states in the same as human does. The efficiency of emotion recognition system depends on type of features extracted and classifier used for detection of emotions. The proposed system aims at identification of basic emotional states such as anger, joy, neutral and sadness from human speech. While classifying different emotions, features like MFCC (Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient) and Energy is used. In this paper, Standard Emotional Database i.e. English Database is used which gives the satisfactory detection of emotions than recorded samples of emotions. This methodology describes and compares the performances of Learning Vector Quantization Neural Network (LVQ NN), Multiclass Support Vector Machine (SVM) and their combination for emotion recognition.

In this paper we report the experiment carried out on recently collected speaker recognition database
namely Arunachali Language Speech Database (ALS-DB)to make a comparative study on the
performance of acoustic and prosodic features for speaker verification task.The speech database consists
of speech data recorded from 200 speakers with Arunachali languages of North-East India as mother
tongue. The collected database is evaluated using Gaussian mixture model-Universal Background Model
(GMM-UBM) based speaker verification system. The acoustic feature considered in the present study is
Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) along with its derivatives.The performance of the system
has been evaluated for both acoustic feature and prosodic feature individually as well as in
combination.It has been observed that acoustic feature, when considered individually, provide better
performance compared to prosodic features. However, if prosodic features are combined with acoustic
feature, performance of the system outperforms both the systems where the features are considered
individually. There is a nearly 5% improvement in recognition accuracy with respect to the system where
acoustic features are considered individually and nearly 20% improvement with respect to the system
where only prosodic features are considered.

In the last couple of years emotion recognition has proven its significance in the area of artificial intelligence and man machine communication. Emotion recognition can be done using speech and image (facial expression), this paper deals with SER (speech emotion recognition) only. For emotion recognition emotional speech database is essential. In this paper we have proposed emotional database which is developed in Gujarati language, one of the official’s language of India. The proposed speech corpus bifurcate six emotional states as: sadness, surprise, anger, disgust, fear, happiness. To observe effect of different emotions, analysis of proposed Gujarati speech database is carried out using efficient speech parameters like pitch, energy and MFCC using MATLAB Software.

Deep learning is one of most technique that has been widely used in emotion recognition studies, in this paper we implement CNN model for Arabic speech emotion recognition. We propose ASERS-CNN model for Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition based on CNN model. We evaluated our model using Arabic speech dataset named Basic Arabic Expressive Speech corpus (BAES-DB). In addition of that we compare the accuracy between our previous ASERS-LSTM and new ASERS-CNN model proposed in this paper and we comes out that our new proposed mode is outperformed ASERS-LSTM model where it get 98.18% accuracy

ASERS-LSTM: Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition System Based on LSTM Modelsipij
The swift progress in the study field of human-computer interaction (HCI) causes to increase in the interest in systems for Speech emotion recognition (SER). The speech Emotion Recognition System is the system that can identify the emotional states of human beings from their voice. There are well works in Speech Emotion Recognition for different language but few researches have implemented for Arabic SER systems and that because of the shortage of available Arabic speech emotion databases. The most commonly considered languages for SER is English and other European and Asian languages. Several machine learning-based classifiers that have been used by researchers to distinguish emotional classes: SVMs, RFs, and the KNN algorithm, hidden Markov models (HMMs), MLPs and deep learning. In this paper we propose ASERS-LSTM model for Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition based on LSTM model. We extracted five features from the speech: Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) features, chromagram, Melscaled spectrogram, spectral contrast and tonal centroid features (tonnetz). We evaluated our model using Arabic speech dataset named Basic Arabic Expressive Speech corpus (BAES-DB). In addition of that we also construct a DNN for classify the Emotion and compare the accuracy between LSTM and DNN model. For DNN the accuracy is 93.34% and for LSTM is 96.81%

In the last couple of years emotion recognition has proven its significance in the area of artificial intelligence and man machine communication. Emotion recognition can be done using speech and image (facial expression), this paper deals with SER (speech emotion recognition) only. For emotion recognition emotional speech database is essential. In this paper we have proposed emotional database which is developed in Gujarati language, one of the official’s language of India. The proposed speech corpus bifurcate six emotional states as: sadness, surprise, anger, disgust, fear, happiness. To observe effect of different emotions, analysis of proposed Gujarati speech database is carried out using efficient speech parameters like pitch, energy and MFCC using MATLAB Software.

Recent researches are directed towards the development of automated and intelligent analysis of human utterances. Although numerous researches have been put into place for designing systems, algorithms, classifiers in the related field; however the things are far from standardization yet. There still exists considerable amount of uncertainty with regard to aspects such as determining influencing features, better performing algorithms, number of emotion classification etc. Among the influencing factors, the uniqueness between speech databases such as data collection method is accepted to be significant among the research community. Speech emotion database is essentially a repository of varied human speech samples collected and sampled using a specified method. This paper reviews 34 `speech emotion databases for their characteristics and specifications. Furthermore critical insight into the imitational aspects for the same have also been highlighted.

In order to anticipate such changes in the market, it has been proposed various mechanisms to try to predict the behavior of an asset in the stock market, based on previously existing information.
Such mechanisms include statistical data only, without considering the collective feeling. This article, is going to use natural language processing algorithms (LPN) to determine the collective mood on assets and later with the help of the SVM algorithm to extract patterns in an attempt to predict the active behavior. Nevertheless it is important to note that such approach is not intended to be the main factor in the decision making process, but rather an aid tool, which combined with other information, can provide higher accuracy for the solution of this problem

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the quality of HMM based Marathi TTS system. The main advantage of HMM technique is its ability to allow the variation in voice easily. The output speeches produced in this method have greater impact on emotion, style and intonation. The naturalness and intelligibility are the two important parameters to decide the quality of synthetic speech. Depending on the parameters specified the results of synthetic speech are categorized into 4 categories: natural speech, high quality synthetic speech, low quality synthetic speech and moderate quality synthetic speech. The results are obtained by using CT, DRT and MOS test.

Deep learning is one of most technique that has been widely used in emotion recognition studies, in this paper we implement CNN model for Arabic speech emotion recognition. We propose ASERS-CNN model for Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition based on CNN model. We evaluated our model using Arabic speech dataset named Basic Arabic Expressive Speech corpus (BAES-DB). In addition of that we compare the accuracy between our previous ASERS-LSTM and new ASERS-CNN model proposed in this paper and we comes out that our new proposed mode is outperformed ASERS-LSTM model where it get 98.18% accuracy

ASERS-LSTM: Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition System Based on LSTM Modelsipij
The swift progress in the study field of human-computer interaction (HCI) causes to increase in the interest in systems for Speech emotion recognition (SER). The speech Emotion Recognition System is the system that can identify the emotional states of human beings from their voice. There are well works in Speech Emotion Recognition for different language but few researches have implemented for Arabic SER systems and that because of the shortage of available Arabic speech emotion databases. The most commonly considered languages for SER is English and other European and Asian languages. Several machine learning-based classifiers that have been used by researchers to distinguish emotional classes: SVMs, RFs, and the KNN algorithm, hidden Markov models (HMMs), MLPs and deep learning. In this paper we propose ASERS-LSTM model for Arabic Speech Emotion Recognition based on LSTM model. We extracted five features from the speech: Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) features, chromagram, Melscaled spectrogram, spectral contrast and tonal centroid features (tonnetz). We evaluated our model using Arabic speech dataset named Basic Arabic Expressive Speech corpus (BAES-DB). In addition of that we also construct a DNN for classify the Emotion and compare the accuracy between LSTM and DNN model. For DNN the accuracy is 93.34% and for LSTM is 96.81%

Emotion detection on social media status in Myanmar language IJECEIAES
Many social media emerged and provided services during these years. Most people, especially in Myanmar, use them to express their emotions or moods, learn subjects, sell products, read up-to-date news, and communicate with each other. Emotion detection on social users makes critical tasks in the opinion mining and sentiment analysis. This paper presents the emotion detection system on social media (Facebook) user status or post written in Myanmar (Burmese) language. Before the emotion detection process, the user posts are pre-processed under segmentation, stemming, part-of-speech (POS) tagging, and stop word removal. The system then uses our preconstructed Myanmar word-emotion Lexicon, M-Lexicon, to extract the emotion words from the segmented POS post. The system provides six types of emotion such as surprise, disgust, fear, anger, sadness, and happiness. The system applies naïve Bayes (NB) emotion classifier to examine the emotion in the case of more than two words with different emotion values are extracted. The classifiers also classify the emotion of the users on their posts. The experiment shows that the system can detect 85% accuracy in NB based emotion detection while 86% in recurrent neural network (RNN).

Emotional telugu speech signals classification based on k nn classifiereSAT Journals
Abstract Speech processing is the study of speech signals, and the methods used to process them. In application such as speech coding, speech synthesis, speech recognition and speaker recognition technology, speech processing is employed. In speech classification, the computation of prosody effects from speech signals plays a major role. In emotional speech signals pitch and frequency is a most important parameters. Normally, the pitch value of sad and happy speech signals has a great difference and the frequency value of happy is higher than sad speech. But, in some cases the frequency of happy speech is nearly similar to sad speech or frequency of sad speech is similar to happy speech. In such situation, it is difficult to recognize the exact speech signal. To reduce such drawbacks, in this paper we propose a Telugu speech emotion classification system with three features like Energy Entropy, Short Time Energy, Zero Crossing Rate and K-NN classifier for the classification. Features are extracted from the speech signals and given to the K-NN. The implementation result shows the effectiveness of proposed speech emotion classification system in classifying the Telugu speech signals based on their prosody effects. The performance of the proposed speech emotion classification system is evaluated by conducting cross validation on the Telugu speech database. Emotion Detection is one of the most emerging issues in human computer interaction. A sufficient amount
of work has been done by researchers to detect emotions from facial and audio information whereas
recognizing emotions from textual data is still a fresh and hot research area. This paper presented a
knowledge based survey on emotion detection based on textual data and the methods used for this purpose.
At the next step paper also proposed a new architecture for recognizing emotions from text document.
Proposed architecture is composed of two main parts, emotion ontology and emotion detector algorithm.
Proposed emotion detector system takes a text document and the emotion ontology as inputs and produces
one of the six emotion classes (i.e. love, joy, anger, sadness, fear and surprise) as the output.
Emotion recognition based on the energy distribution of plosive syllablesIJECEIAES
We usually encounter two problems during speech emotion recognition (SER): expression and perception problems, which vary considerably between speakers, languages, and sentence pronunciation. In fact, finding an optimal system that characterizes the emotions overcoming all these differences is a promising prospect. In this perspective, we considered two emotional databases: Moroccan Arabic dialect emotional database (MADED), and Ryerson audio-visual database on emotional speech and song (RAVDESS) which present notable differences in terms of type (natural/acted), and language (Arabic/English). We proposed a detection process based on 27 acoustic features extracted from consonant-vowel (CV) syllabic units: \ba, \du, \ki, \ta common to both databases. We tested two classification strategies: multiclass (all emotions combined: joy, sadness, neutral, anger) and binary (neutral vs. others, positive emotions (joy) vs. negative emotions (sadness, anger), sadness vs. anger). These strategies were tested three times: i) on MADED, ii) on RAVDESS, iii) on MADED and RAVDESS. The proposed method gave better recognition accuracy in the case of binary classification. The rates reach an average of 78% for the multi-class classification, 100% for neutral vs. other cases, 100% for the negative emotions (i.e. anger vs. sadness), and 96% for the positive vs. negative emotions.
In this paper, a method is proposed to detect the emotion of a song based on its lyrical and audio features. Lyrical features are generated by segmentation of lyrics during the process of data extraction. ANEW and WordNet knowledge is then incorporated to compute Valence and Arousal values. In addition to this, linguistic association rules are applied to ensure that the issue of ambiguity is properly addressed. Audio features are used to supplement the lyrical ones and include attributes like energy, tempo, and danceability. These features are extracted from The Echo Nest, a widely used music intelligence platform. Construction of training and test sets is done on the basis of social tags extracted from the last.fm website. The classification is done by applying feature weighting and stepwise threshold reduction on the k-Nearest Neighbors algorithm to provide fuzziness in the classification.

Due to this credit card fraud becomes a very popular issue for credit card industry, it causes
many financial losses for customer and also for the organization. Many techniques like
Decision Tree, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithm based on modern techniques like
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Fuzzy Logic have been already developed for
credit card fraud detection. In this paper, an evolutionary Simulated Annealing algorithm is
used to train the Neural Networks for Credit Card fraud detection in real-time scenario.
This paper shows how this technique can be used for credit card fraud detection and
present all the detailed experimental results found when using this technique on real world
financial data (data are taken from UCI repository) to show the effectiveness of this
technique. The algorithm used in this paper are likely beneficial for the organizations and
for individual users in terms of cost and time efficiency. Still there are many cases which are
misclassified i.e. A genuine customer is classified as fraud customer or vise-versa.
Wireless sensor networks (WSN) have been widely used in various applications.
In these networks nodes collect data from the attached sensors and send their data to a base
station. However, nodes in WSN have limited power supply in form of battery so the nodes
are expected to minimize energy consumption in order to maximize the lifetime of WSN. A
number of techniques have been proposed in the literature to reduce the energy
consumption significantly. In this paper, we propose a new clustering based technique
which is a modification of the popular LEACH algorithm. In this technique, first cluster
heads are elected using the improved LEACH algorithm as usual, and then a cluster of
nodes is formed based on the distance between node and cluster head. Finally, data from
node is transferred to cluster head. Cluster heads forward data, after applying aggregation,
to the cluster head that is closer to it than sink in forward direction or directly to the sink.
This reduction in distance travelled improves the performance over LEACH algorithm
significantly.
The next generation wireless networks comprises of mobile users moving
between heterogeneous networks, using terminals with multiple access interfaces and
services. The most important issue in such environment is ABC (Always Best Connected) i.e.
allowing the best connectivity to applications anywhere at any time. For always best
connectivity requirement various vertical handover strategies for decision making have
been proposed. This paper provides an overview of the most interesting and recent
strategies.
This paper presents the design and performance comparison of a two stage
operational amplifier topology using CMOS and BiCMOS technology. This conventional op
amp circuit was designed by using RF model of BSIM3V3 in 0.6 μm CMOS technology and
0.35 μm BiCMOS technology. Both the op amp circuits were designed and simulated,
analyzed and performance parameters are compared. The performance parameters such as
gain, phase margin, CMRR, PSRR, power consumption etc achieved are compared. Finally,
we conclude the suitability of CMOS technology over BiCMOS technology for low power
RF design.
In Cognitive Radio Networks (CRN), Cooperative Spectrum Sensing (CSS) is
used to improve performance of spectrum sensing techniques used for detection of licensed
(Primary) user’s signal. In CSS, the spectrum sensing information from multiple unlicensed
(Secondary) users are combined to take final decision about presence of primary signal. The
mixing techniques used to generate final decision about presence of PU’s signal are also
called as Fusion techniques / rules. The fusion techniques are further classified as data
fusion and decision fusion techniques. In data fusion technique all the secondary users
(SUs) share their raw information of spectrum detection like detected energy or other
statistical information, while in decision fusion technique all the SUs take their local
decisions and share the decision by sending ‘0’ or ‘1’ corresponding to absence and presence
of PU’s signal respectively. The rules used in decision fusion techniques are OR rule, AND
rule and K-out-of-N rule. The CSS is further classified as distributed CSS and centralized
CSS. In distributed CSS all the SUs share the spectrum detection information with each
other and by mixing the shared information; all the SUs take final decision individually. In
centralized CSS all the SUs send their detected information to a secondary base station /
central unit which combines the shared information and takes final decision. The secondary
base station shares the final decision with all the SUs in the CRN. This paper covers
overview of information fusion methods used for CSS and analysis of decision fusion rules
with simulation results.
ZigBee has been developed to support lower data rates and low power consuming
applications. This paper targets to analyze various parameters of ZigBee physical (PHY).
Performance of ZigBee PHY is evaluated on the basis of energy consumption in
transmitting and receiving mode and throughput. Effect of variation in network size is
studied on these performance attributes. Some modulation schemes are also compared and
the best modulation scheme is suggested with tradeoffs between different performance
metrics.

A rapid progress is seen in the field of robotics both in educational and industrial
automation sectors. The Robotics education in particular is gaining technological advances
and providing more learning opportunities. In automotive sector, there is a necessity and
demand to automate daily human activities by robot. With such an advancement and
demand for robotics, the realization of a popular computer game will help students to learn
and acquire skills in the field of robotics. The computer game such as Pacman offers
challenges on both software and hardware fronts. In software, it provides challenges in
developing algorithms for a robot to escape from the pool of attacking robots and to develop
algorithms for multiple ghost robots to attack the Pacman. On the hardware front, it
provides a challenge to integrate various systems to realize the game. This project aims to
demonstrate the pacman game in real world as well as in simulation. For simulation
purpose Player/Stage is used to develop single-client and multi-client architectures. The
multi- client architecture in player/stage uses one global simulation proxy to which all the
robot models are connected. This reduces the overhead to manage multiple robots proxy.
The single-client architecture enables only two robot models to connect to the simulation
proxy. Multi-client approach offers flexibility to add sensors to each port which will be used
distinctly by the client attached to the respective robot. The robots are named as Pacman
and Ghosts, which try to escape and attack respectively. Use of Network Camera has been
done to detect the global positions of the robots and data is shared through inter-process
communication.
In Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) systems, the visual contents of the
images in the database are took out and represented by multi-dimensional characteristic
vectors. A well known CBIR system that retrieves images by unsupervised method known
as cluster based image retrieval system. For enhancing the performance and retrieval rate
of CBIR system, we fuse the visual contents of an image. Recently, we developed two
cluster-based CBIR systems by fusing the scores of two visual contents of an image. In this
paper, we analyzed the performance of the two recommended CBIR systems at different
levels of precision using images of varying sizes and resolutions. We also compared the
performance of the recommended systems with that of the other two existing CBIR systems
namely UFM and CLUE. Experimentally, we find that the recommended systems
outperform the other two existing systems and one recommended system also comparatively
performed better in every resolution of image.
Information Systems and Networks are subjected to electronic attacks. When
network attacks hit, organizations are thrown into crisis mode. From the IT department to
call centers, to the board room and beyond, all are fraught with danger until the situation is
under control. Traditional methods which are used to overcome these threats (e.g. firewall,
antivirus software, password protection etc.) do not provide complete security to the system.
This encourages the researchers to develop an Intrusion Detection System which is capable

study of Genetic Algorithm (GA) based Intrusion Detection System (IDS). It provides a
brief overview of rule-based IDS, elaborates the implementation issues of Genetic Algorithm
and also presents a comparative analysis of existing studies.

objects that acquire nearly same attribute values. The property of an object in a cluster is

data analysis, machine learning etc. Nowadays, more attention has been put on categorical
data rather than numerical data. Where, the range of numerical attributes organizes in a
class like small, medium, high, and so on. There is wide range of algorithm that used to
make clusters of given categorical data. Our approach is to enhance the working on well-
known clustering algorithm k-modes to improve accuracy of algorithm. We proposed a new
approach named “High Accuracy Clustering Algorithm for Categorical datasets”.
Brain tumor is a malformed growth of cells within brain which may be
cancerous or non-cancerous. The term ‘malformed’ indicates the existence of tumor. The
tumor may be benign or malignant and it needs medical support for further classification.
Brain tumor must be detected, diagnosed and evaluated in earliest stage. The medical
problems become grave if tumor is detected at the later stage. Out of various technologies
available for diagnosis of brain tumor, MRI is the preferred technology which enables the
diagnosis and evaluation of brain tumor. The current work presents various clustering
techniques that are employed to detect brain tumor. The classification involves classification
of images into normal and malformed (if detected the tumor). The algorithm deals with
steps such as preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction and classification of MR brain
images. Finally, the confirmatory step is specifying the tumor area by technique called
region of interest.
A Proxy signature scheme enables a proxy signer to sign a message on behalf of
the original signer. In this paper, we propose ECDLP based solution for chen et. al [1]
scheme. We describe efficient and secure Proxy multi signature scheme that satisfy all the
proxy requirements and require only elliptic curve multiplication and elliptic curve addition
which needs less computation overhead compared to modular exponentiations also our
scheme is withstand against original signer forgery and public key substitution attack.
Water marking has been proposed as a method to enhance data security. Text
water marking requires extreme care when embedding additional data within the images
because the additional information must not affect the image quality. Digital water marking
is a method through which we can authenticate images, videos and even texts. Add text
water mark and image water mark to your photos or animated image, protect your
copyright avoid unauthorized use. Water marking functions are not only authentication, but
also protection for such documents against malicious intentions to change such documents
or even claim the rights of such documents. Water marking scheme that hides water
marking in method, not affect the image quality. In this paper method of hiding a data using
LSB replacement technique is proposed.
Today among various medium of data transmission or storage our sensitive data
are not secured with a third-party, that we used to take help of. Cryptography plays an
important role in securing our data from malicious attack. This paper present a partial
image encryption based on bit-planes permutation using Peter De Jong chaotic map for
secure image transmission and storage. The proposed partial image encryption is a raw data
encryption method where bits of some bit-planes are shuffled among other bit-planes based
on chaotic maps proposed by Peter De Jong. By using the chaotic behavior of the Peter De
Jong map the position of all the bit-planes are permuted. The result of the several
experimental, correlation analysis and sensitivity test shows that the proposed image
encryption scheme provides an efficient and secure way for real-time image encryption and
decryption.
This paper presents a survey of Dependency Analysis of Service Oriented
Architecture (SOA) based systems. SOA presents newer aspects of dependency analysis due
to its different architectural style and programming paradigm. This paper surveys the
previous work taken on dependency analysis of service oriented systems. This study shows
the strengths and weaknesses of current approaches and tools available for dependency
analysis task in context of SOA. The main motivation of this work is to summarize the
recent approaches in this field of research, identify major issue and challenges in
dependency analysis of SOA based systems and motivate further research on this topic.

FPGA processor cores. Hard cores are a fixed gate-level IP functions within the FPGA

Wimax technology has reshaped the framework of broadband wireless internet
service. It provides the internet service to unconnected or detached areas such as east South
Africa, rural areas of America and Asia region. Full duplex helpers employed with one of
the relay stations selection and indexing method that is Randomized Distributed Space Time
are used to expand the coverage area of primary Wimax station. The basic problem was
identified at cell edge due to weather conditions (rain, fog), insertion of destruction because
of multiple paths in the same communication channel and due to interference created by
other users in that communication. It is impractical task for the receiver station to decode
the transmitted signal successfully at the cell edges, which increases the high packet loss and
retransmissions. But Wimax is a outstanding technology which is used for improving the
quality of internet service and also it offers various services like Voice over Internet
Protocol, Video conferencing and Multimedia broadcast etc where a little delay in packet
transmission can cause a big loss in the communication. Even setup and initialization of
another Wimax station nearer to each other is not a good alternate, where any mobile
station can easily handover to another base station if it gets a strong signal from other one.
But in rural areas, for few numbers of customers, installation of base station nearer to each
other is costlier task. In this review article, we present a scheme using R-DSTC technique to
choose and select helpers (relay nodes) randomly to expand the coverage area and help to
mobile station as a helper to provide secure communication with base station. In this work,
we use full duplex helpers for better utilization of bandwidth.
Radio Frequency identification (RFID) technology has become emerging
technique for tracking and items identification. Depend upon the function; various RFID
technologies could be used. Drawback of passive RFID technology, associated to the range
of reading tags and assurance in difficult environmental condition, puts boundaries on
performance in the real life situation [1]. To improve the range of reading tags and
assurance, we consider implementing active backscattering tag technology. For making
mobiles of multiple radio standards in 4G network; the Software Defined Radio (SDR)
technology is used. Restrictions in Existing RFID technologies and SDR technology, can be
eliminated by the development and implementation of the Software Defined Radio (SDR)
active backscattering tag compatible with the EPC global UHF Class 1 Generation 2 (Gen2)
RFID standard. Such technology can be used for many of applications and services.
