This document presents a secure and efficient proxy multi-signature scheme based on elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem (ECDLP), improving over previous methods by minimizing computational overhead and enhancing security against signature forgery and public key substitution attacks. It outlines the scheme's operational phases, including common certificate generation, proxy signature creation, and verification processes, demonstrating its applicability in various digital contexts. The proposed method addresses shortcomings in earlier proxy signature schemes and leverages the advantages of elliptic curve cryptography for better performance.
