4. Title. The development of learning outcomes, innovation and technology
education courses by using CIPPA model for third year students of

ABSTRACT
The Purposes of this research were to ; 1) Development Plan Department of
Innovation and Information Technology in Education of Students in Year 3 Bachelor of
Education courses form the following criteria for effective CIPPA model 75/75. 2) Index to
study the effectiveness of the Plan by using CIPPA model. 3) To compare the achievement
of students in Year 3 between before and after Learn. and 4) To the satisfaction of the third
year students have to learn. The sample used in this study 3rd year students Semester 2
year course Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Degree in 2012. Faculty of Arts and
Sciences. Nakhon Phanom University, 33 people were selected by random cluster (Cluster
Sampling). The discriminative power and from 0.21 to 0.84 and the confidence of both the
0.87 and the satisfaction of students with learning 20 items with the discriminative power
and from 0.30 to 0.67 and the value of faith. both strongly version 0.93 was used in data
analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing and t-test
(Dependent Samples).
The results of the research were as follows:
1. Plan the Information Technology and Innovation Department of Education
effective as 89.70/83.67.
2. Effectiveness Index Plan Innovation and Technology Education Department was
0.7391, indicating that students with higher test scores after school classes at 0.7391 or 73.91
percent.
3. Third year students with high academic achievement posttest than pretest
statistically significant at the .05 level.
4. Third year students are satisfied with their learning at the highest level
( ̅ = 4.54 )
