This document provides a summary of the history of 770 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, the headquarters of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. It describes how the building was purchased in 1900 to serve as a permanent home for the Rebbe and center of Chabad activities. Over the years, the Rebbe pushed for expansions to accommodate the growing crowds. Major expansions took place in the 1920s and 1950s. The Rebbe emphasized that the building's walls were infused with holiness from his predecessors spending time there.
This document is a newsletter focused on bringing Moshiach (the Messiah). It contains several short articles about Moshiach, including an adapted talk given by Rabbi Mendel Gordon about the Rebbe empowering Chassidim to bring Moshiach. The newsletter was prepared and printed by volunteers to inspire readers to increase their efforts to bring Moshiach through learning about redemption and Moshiach, and through the Rebbe's directives.
The document summarizes events in Crown Heights in the winter of 5752 leading up to Chof-Zayin Adar, when the Rebbe suffered his stroke. It describes how the Rebbe increasingly emphasized Moshiach and geulah in his teachings. In sichos in Gimmel Shvat and Mishpatim, the Rebbe connected current events to Moshiach's imminent revelation. The Rebbe also instructed increasing activities to bring Moshiach like printing more sichos on the topic. This prepared chassidim for the situation after 27 Adar and gave them the tools to continue working for geulah.
1) The Rebbe had a clear vision and plan from a young age to spread Chabad outreach all over the world, connected to a central source.
2) Over time, the Rebbe implemented this plan in stages - first establishing institutions in the 5710s, then expanding outreach through shluchim from the 5720s.
3) Each decade saw growth and changes in focus, such as increased activities in the 5730s and global outreach in the 5740s, all building toward the goal of bringing Moshiach.

MOSHIACH IN THE PARSHA
"Keep the month of spring, and make the Korbon Pesach to
Hashem for in the month of spring, Hashem brought you out
of Egypt at night".
It was not by chance that Yetzias Mitzraim took place in
Nissan, the month of spring. Spring is the time of new growth
and life, an act of nature. The Mitzrim at the time of Yetzias
Mitzraim were the masters of manipulating and controlling
nature. They worshiped human ability and they admired their
achievements in the development of the natural sciences.
Hashem therefore specifically chose Nissan - spring, month
of nature, as the appropriate month to take the Yidden out
of Mitzraim with wonders and miracles that defied nature.
Everyone saw and was brought to realize that nature doesn't
really have its own power at all and is only like an ax in the
hand of a wood-chopper.
Yetzias Mitzraim isn't only a historical fact. It is a lesson for
us today and for every day of our lives. Today, the winds of
"spring" again blow in the world, telling us to accept nature’s
authority and supremacy. Judaism, according to this approach,
is outdated and doesn't make sense according to nature and
science. It should only be kept and fulfilled, if at all, quietly
and privately in a Shul or in the privacy of one’s own home.
Business and other mundane and natural matters however,
should be done in the open, in the natural way of the world like
everybody else.
We must break out and help others escape as well from this
faulty approach, which attempts to bend the firmness of Jewish
pride and faith and the conviction of being Jewish in all areas
of life. We should not get confused from the Nisayon of dealing
with people who try to emphasize the power and control of
nature. We need to remember the Creator of nature, who
controls it with His all-powerful power.
This is one level of going out of Mitzraim on a personal scale,
breaking free from the limited mindset of nature. Going out of
Mitzraim on one level brings to going out of Mitzraim on other
and greater levels until the physical and final Yetzias Mitzraim
for the entire Jewish nation to the true and final Geulah!

Whereas it seems clear (from Gemora and Rishonim)
that the third Beis Hamikdosh will be built by Hashem
himself and will descend from heaven, the Rambam
seems to maintain that Moshiach will build it. One
answer suggested is that Moshiach will add the doors
with which it is considered as he built the entire thing.

כתב יד קודש
ימי חייך הימים, כל ימי חייך להביא" There is a Mishna which says
This literally means that the seemingly extra ."לימות המשיח
the days of Moshiach to (לרבות as in להביא) includes "כל" word
the of remembering the Jewish exodus from Egypt.
also implies that "להביא לימות המשיח" The Rebbe explains that
literally) the days of Moshiach through להביא) we must bring
living with Moshiach already in the last moments of Golus.
With regard to this the Rebbe wrote to someone in his own
handwriting:
"To bring the days of Moshiach - a key and timely
matter etc. Together with this - Torah study and
fulfilling Mitzvos were given at the giving of the torah
- in they're simple meaning, ??? and with joy and good-heartedness".
להביא לימות המשיח - ענין עיקרי ושהזמן גרמא וכו'. ביחד עם זה - ת"ת
וקיום המצות שניתנו במ"ת - כפשוטם, ??? ומתוך שמחה וטוב לבב

In the Sicha of Shabbos Parshas Re'eh 5745 the Rebbe grapples with the various reasons there might be to keep Yidden in
Golus for even another second.
Even the Rambam writes (based on the Gemoro) that if a Yid fulfills one Mitzvah he can tip the scale for the good and bring Geulah
to the entire world, certainly in our situation when we find ourselves at the end of Golus and there remain only "Kleinikeiten" ('bits and
bobs') to complete our Avodah, surely one Mitzvah can tip the scale.
Similarly the cause of our prolonged exile cannot be with the intention to tryout the Yidden, for we have certainly been tested enough and
the results are clear (that we passed all tests), so how much more can Yidden be denied Geulah.
It would seem that there remains one more "Birur" in order to bring the Geulah, however, this is not a possibility, for the Rambam writes
that even when the world is half good and half bad, one Mitzvah can tip the scale and bring Geulah to the entire world, certainly when
there remains only one "Birur", the Geulah cannot be delayed because of this.
Drained of ideas, the only option the Rebbe can find is that the Geulah come immediately! "Where is the 'Vayo'er Lonu' (And Hashem
will shine for us)? How can a Yid be comfortable in Golus when the main thing is missing and we are like children who have been exiled
from their father's table?"
This is not an escape from Avodas Hashem, on the contrary, in the period of the Geulah we will serve Hashem "Kemitzvas Retzonecho -
in accordance with the command of Your wish"! Why must Yidden fulfill Mitzvos out of discomfort and heartache, instead, let them fulfill
Mitzvos with enjoyment and pleasure as it will be in the time of the Geulah.
All questions are irrelevant; the intention is that it all transpires "Bepoel Mamosh"!

LIVING LESSONS
The tzaddik Reb Yitzchok of Radvil heard so much of the greatness
of Reb Avrohom HaMalach, son of the Maggid, that he traveled to
see him. He arrived in town on erev Tisha BeAv.
That night, as everyone in shul sat on the floor, reading Eicha
and mourning the churban, a bitter cry broke out. Turning around,
Reb Yitzchok turned around and saw Reb Avrohom HaMalach ,sitting
with his head between his knees weeping bitterly.
Long after everyone had left, he continued watching Reb
Avrohom who sat in the same position without moving. When
the clock struck midnight. Reb Yitzchok retired for the night. The
following morning, when he arrived early to shul, he found the
Malach still mourning, in the midst of a puddle of tears. From time
to time, he would lift his head and ask in pain, "He's still not here?!..."
