Valoarea se obtine prin valori.
Cultura organizațională reprezintă un sistem bine definit de valori, de principii, care ajung in timp sa defineasca caracterul firmei.
La inceputul oricarei companii, aceste reguli sunt nescrise, ceea ce inseamna pentru membri firmei trebuie sa gaseasca singuri ce este bine sau ce este rau si pentru cei noi sa descopere de la” cei batrani” care sunt regulile companiei.
Companiile mature ajung sa defineasca foarte clar aceste valori, astfel incat membri echipei sa stie foarte clar care sunt comportamentele care sa le asigure succesul in organizatie.
Daca esti angajat intr-o companie, vei intelege ce sa faci, ce sa eviti sa faci si pe ce anume sa te focusezi ca sa fii apreciat. Daca esti la inceput vei invata, sa eviti greselile de evitat.
Vei invata sa supravietuiesti si sa te dezvolti intr-o companie antreprenoriala cu reguli putine, dar cu potential nelimitat, unde poti sa te dezvolti accelerat, totusi intr-un mediu cu un grad de incertitudine infinit mai mare decat o companie multinationala, unde ti se spune exact ce sa faci, cand si cum, dar acolo unde optiunile de dezvoltare personala si profesionala sunt limitate.
Companiile antreprenoriale sunt de obicei locul in care isi incep cariera majoritatea angajatilor cu experienta redusa sau fara experienta, de aceea o experienta pozitiva inseamna un start bun in cariera si nu un esec de la inceput.

Majoritatea antreprenorilor nu au un business plan. Acest lucru se intampla pentru ca un business plan are reputatia de a fi stufos, greu de realizat, consumator de timp si daca ai depus efortul sa il realizezi constati ca in prima saptamana de la finalizare, piata iti dovedeste ca este deja depasit.
Propunerea mea este 3-Hour Business Plan, un model care iti ia trei ore sa il construiesti, este usor de actualizat ulterior si sumarizarea lui iti foloseste in fiecare zi pentru a castiga noi clienti, de a gasi influenceri si parteneri si de a face un rezumat investitorilor interesati.

Sa fie de folos oricarui potential antreprenor care are o idee, antreprenorilor la inceput de drum sau celor care deja au o afacere nu au avut niciodata un business plan.
