We want to improve our product packaging to better communicate with customers, attract the right talent, and meet customer needs. An internal approach would involve assessing current customers and their needs to analyze requirements. An external approach defines the key skills required from students and how to effectively communicate with them. Our method would create a value proposition for the talent management product, segment job descriptions, and define needs and priorities for sub-products.
