Client Success Manager | TRG Arts
The Role
The Client Success Manageris an active memberof the Client Service team that delivers
TRG’s data-driven, bestpractice counselaimed at achieving revenue and patronage results
for each client. Specifically,the Client Success Manager:
• Responsible forthe strategic management of high touch data services clients
and Community Network Partners, maintaining and growing client retention,
and profitability.
• Through excellent customerservice and projectmanagement, serve as the central point
of client communications for assigned portfolio.
• Serves as lead on designated consulting projects and deliverables including Baseline
Assessments,Revenue AcceleratorEssentials,directresponse campaign planning, and
demand management assignments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of data services clients and Community Network Partners;
stewarding their needs according to contract, suggesting additional products and
services,monitoring usage, and providing Help Desk service as needed forportfolio.
Examples of deliverables include:
‒ Telemarketing lead sets
‒ Regular database updates
‒ Response rate reports
‒ Key loyalty indicator reports
‒ Training on online platforms
‒ Troubleshooting and problem solving on behalf of clients and the data management
platforms
‒ Managing and fulfilling data start-up services

The Role
Responsibilities – continued:
• Manage a portfolio of consulting projects including:
‒ Direct responseplanning projects forsubscription,single ticket and annual fund
campaigns
‒ Demand Management projects
‒ Patron loyalty and retention projects
‒ Revenue AcceleratorEssentials
• Serve as a memberof TRG's Client Service team by delivering critical internal and
external data analysis and consulting designed to clarify and strengthenTRG's
recommendations to the client.
• Serve as analyst and developerfor key, standard client deliverables including, but
not limited to client-specific Baseline Assessments
• Provide data preparation and serve as faculty for courses at The TRG Center for
Results.
• Learned expertise of TRG Data Center.
• Coordinate and collaborate within the Client Service team on projects and client
work.
• Share experience and expertise on all areas of TRG's consultancy for the purpose of
internal professionaldevelopmentand cross-training of TRG colleagues.
• Adhere to TRG consulting proceduresand protocols,including per-clienttime
standards.
• Uphold the TRG brand in client service by demonstrating a relentless focus on
producing overall revenue and patron results.

Key Performance Indicators
• Maintain and improve consistentlyhigh Client Satisfactionscores,including but not
limited to client Net PromoterScores.
• Maintain and improve consistentlyhigh Client Health scores,including retention,
usage, and adoption rates.
• Achieve department upselland cross-sellgoals through proactive recommendations
and productdelivery.
• Improvementof projectnet profitability through all aspects of client engagement.

You Have:
• A minimum of five years cumulative experience as a data analyst, sales or
marketing manager in the arts or entertainment industry.
• Ability to think critically and strategically; strong analytic and problem-solving
skills are a must forsuccess in this position.
• Demonstrated and excellent projectmanagementskills and proactive
communication.
• A strong orientation to deadlines.
• Excellent customerservice.
• Demonstrated ability to generate actionable findings for a set of transactional
data.
• A track record for successfullymanaging and implementing campaigns that
achieved desired revenue and audience-building results.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationthat supportan ability to be
persuasive,motivational, and instructive with clients and team colleagues.
• Mastery of data presentation tools,such as multi-axis graphs and data illustration
features often found in MicrosoftExcel.
• Master or very high proficiencyin PowerPoint presentationprograms;the
candidate may contribute to the automation of frequently performedanalytics.
• Ability to give and receive evaluation and criticism constructively.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and unfailing ability to follow-through.
• Self-initiative and discipline to successfullymanage a diverse portfolio of internal
(Client Service team) and external (client) customers.

You Have:
The ideal candidate will also have
• Earned a Bachelor’s degreeor relevant experience in an area that provides a
knowledge platform for marketing, communication’s,customerservice,the arts
or related field.
• Experience as a presenterto internal and external customers.
• Skill or experience in customerrelationship management.
• SaaS experience
• Familiarity with TRG Arts and the company’s consulting services.
• A desire to grow, learn and actively contribute to the company’s culture and
developmentover time.

Reports to: Director of Product Innovation
Positions Supervised: No direct reports.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Eligibility: Applicants based in the United States with permanent
work authorization are encouraged to apply.
Location: This position is remote based. You must be willing and able to
travel as assigned.
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

The Role The Client Success Manageris an active memberof the Client Service team that delivers TRG’s data-driven, bestpractice counselaimed at achieving revenue and patronage results for each client. Specifically,the Client Success Manager: • Responsible forthe strategic management of high touch data services clients and Community Network Partners, maintaining and growing client retention, and profitability. • Through excellent customerservice and projectmanagement, serve as the central point of client communications for assigned portfolio. • Serves as lead on designated consulting projects and deliverables including Baseline Assessments,Revenue AcceleratorEssentials,directresponse campaign planning, and demand management assignments. Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of data services clients and Community Network Partners; stewarding their needs according to contract, suggesting additional products and services,monitoring usage, and providing Help Desk service as needed forportfolio. Examples of deliverables include: ‒ Telemarketing lead sets ‒ Regular database updates ‒ Response rate reports ‒ Key loyalty indicator reports ‒ Training on online platforms ‒ Troubleshooting and problem solving on behalf of clients and the data management platforms ‒ Managing and fulfilling data start-up services Client Success Manager | TRG Arts

The Role Responsibilities – continued: • Manage a portfolio of consulting projects including: ‒ Direct responseplanning projects forsubscription,single ticket and annual fund campaigns ‒ Demand Management projects ‒ Patron loyalty and retention projects ‒ Revenue AcceleratorEssentials • Serve as a memberof TRG's Client Service team by delivering critical internal and external data analysis and consulting designed to clarify and strengthenTRG's recommendations to the client. • Serve as analyst and developerfor key, standard client deliverables including, but not limited to client-specific Baseline Assessments • Provide data preparation and serve as faculty for courses at The TRG Center for Results. • Learned expertise of TRG Data Center. • Coordinate and collaborate within the Client Service team on projects and client work. • Share experience and expertise on all areas of TRG's consultancy for the purpose of internal professionaldevelopmentand cross-training of TRG colleagues. • Adhere to TRG consulting proceduresand protocols,including per-clienttime standards. • Uphold the TRG brand in client service by demonstrating a relentless focus on producing overall revenue and patron results. The Role Key Performance Indicators • Maintain and improve consistentlyhigh Client Satisfactionscores,including but not limited to client Net PromoterScores. • Maintain and improve consistentlyhigh Client Health scores,including retention, usage, and adoption rates. • Achieve department upselland cross-sellgoals through proactive recommendations and productdelivery. • Improvementof projectnet profitability through all aspects of client engagement. You Have: • A minimum of five years cumulative experience as a data analyst, sales or marketing manager in the arts or entertainment industry. • Ability to think critically and strategically; strong analytic and problem-solving skills are a must forsuccess in this position. • Demonstrated and excellent projectmanagementskills and proactive communication. • A strong orientation to deadlines. • Excellent customerservice. • Demonstrated ability to generate actionable findings for a set of transactional data. • A track record for successfullymanaging and implementing campaigns that achieved desired revenue and audience-building results. • Excellent written and verbal communicationthat supportan ability to be persuasive,motivational, and instructive with clients and team colleagues. • Mastery of data presentation tools,such as multi-axis graphs and data illustration features often found in MicrosoftExcel. • Master or very high proficiencyin PowerPoint presentationprograms;the candidate may contribute to the automation of frequently performedanalytics. • Ability to give and receive evaluation and criticism constructively. • Extraordinary attention to detail and unfailing ability to follow-through. • Self-initiative and discipline to successfullymanage a diverse portfolio of internal (Client Service team) and external (client) customers. You Have: The ideal candidate will also have • Earned a Bachelor’s degreeor relevant experience in an area that provides a knowledge platform for marketing, communication’s,customerservice,the arts or related field. • Experience as a presenterto internal and external customers. • Skill or experience in customerrelationship management. • SaaS experience • Familiarity with TRG Arts and the company’s consulting services. • A desire to grow, learn and actively contribute to the company’s culture and developmentover time.
