· Schedule and organise Designer Visit and Buying Meet
· Develop new products, keeping in mind the Brand and their target customer to
reach optimum price points.
· Negotiate price to effect good sales.
· Organise Fit meet and make sure all approvals are in place to proceed with SMS.
· Formulate an effective T&A for the SMS and make sure that dates are met with
desired quality level.
· Keeping a track on the sales campaign and the sales figure and make sure that
orders are placed in time.
2. · In case MOQ not met working on up-charge or cancellation
· Confirming delivery date based on the quantity placed and production space
blocked for the customer.
· Monitoring the progress of submission and approval process and eliminating
bottle-neck if any.
· Interdepartmental coordination with sampling, production, quality control and
logistics departments to ensure smooth functioning of all production activities and
goods gets shipped on time.
