In this paper, use of Moringa oleifera seeds for purifying water is discussed. A study was carried out to
know the efficiency of Moringa oleifera seed suspension for removal of turbidity and hardness of
water. Turbid water sample of low turbidity (50 mg/L) was prepared in the laboratory using bentonite
clay, kaolin clay and black cotton soil. Moringa oleifera seed suspension was added as coagulant in
concentration of 20, 40, 60, and 80 mg/L. The hardness removal efficiency was checked on water
sample from tube well in the vicinity of Aurangabad city (India). The initial hardness of water sample
was 284 mg/L. The dosages of Moringa Oleifera seed suspension were 125, 250, 375 and 500 mg/L.
In addition to hardness, effect on pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids and salinity was
also studied. Moringa Oleifera seed suspension was found to be effective in treating the water.

A Rose For Emily During the late eighteenth century, gothicism became a popular literary genre.

The articles that I chose to examine from the Rock, Pop and Soul Reader by David Brackett are titled
On Wax by Paul Whiteman and Mary Margaret McBride, and What Songs the Beatles Sang by
William Mann. These articles came from different time periods in which there was a need for change
in music. The artists discussed in these articles took a chance, and experimented to create a new sound
that the audience enjoyed. Other important similarities include the specific changes made in the music,
and what made the sound more popular. Despite the similarities and differences, these articles have
also taught me much about the history of rock and roll including; the effects of change in music, and
the imagination and creativity behind it. When comparing the articles, one can determine that they are
similar. On Wax looks at the introduction of new music and technology in the 1920s that
revolutionized the music industry. However, What Songs the Beatles Sang, looks at the change in
music during the time of the British Invasion, and why the Beatles were successful. In On Wax¸ it

In elementary school, one of my favorite days in grade school would be when my mom came in for
her oral hygiene lessons. Even though my mom could have easily demonstrated proper techniques on
how to brush and floss teeth with a dental model for my classes, she knew how excited I would always
get when she called on me to personally demonstrate. I would brush in confidence those tooth
surfaces, at a 45 degree angle and with small circular strokes. Promptly in the lesson, I would put the

philosophy. In his Summa Theologiae, Aquinas uses his own arguments along with those of both
Aristotle and Plato to strengthen his claims. First and foremost, Aquinas uses his own philosophy to
back the Christian faith and the existence of God. However, Aquinas also extends his argument past
the initial claim of God and Christianity, and it is here where he uses these other influential
