Camel milk is easier to digest for lactose-intolerant individuals and contains various beneficial compounds such as insulin, lactoferrin, and immunoglobulins that enhance immune function. The findings suggest camel milk can be effective in managing diabetes and improving overall health, thus promoting its use for developing value-added products.
