Working as an AREA SALES MANAGER Covering Pondicherry and South Arcot districts
Profile:
Responsible for SYSKA LED LIGHTS Distribution, Retail and Project sales Division in
Pondicherry and South Arcot territory covering (Cuddalore and Villupuram Districts).
Handling through a team of 1 Super Stockiest 3 Distributors, 1 Territory Sales Manager, 3 Sales
Executives, 4 distribution sales officers, 1 Supply chain Executive and managing the Retailers of
175 channels.
Handling Primary Sales, Secondary sales and also in line with Tertiary Sales in the given
territory and achieving the targets.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets and responsible for overall business development
in the assigned area.
Expanded the Retail channels base from 67 Retailers to 175 Retailers in 3 month tenure around
108 Retailers newly appointed for Stock & Sales Retailers towards the SYSKA products.
Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities and Responsible for an

Planning and discussion on monthly Primary sales plan with the Super Stockiest and Distributor
on product wise.
Planning the secondary sales plan and implementing of various Retailers schemes in the market
in line with primary sales plan to the Distributor.
Motivating and guiding the sales force to ensure that they meet out their targets consistently.
Review the Distributor Investment, Infrastructure and correction action taking on immediate
basis.
Review and monitoring with the Retailers on service in supply, credit support and also ensure
the delivers on seasonal scheme support for key products from the Distribution end to market.

Channel/Secondary Sales Management:

Team and executing on monthly basis.

year base and sharing the growth and de-growth data in product wise and action placing for
growth rate.
Review on Reach Increase in Retailers, Towns in given territory.
Specific focus on Key products Stock placement.
Taking activity on In shop branding, Merchandizing, Products promotional activity.
Tertiary Sales Management:
Building rapport and establishing personnel contact with the Builders, Engineers, Contractors,
Electricians and End level users to generate business.
Conducting Electrician training program and update the product specifications, application and
benefits.
Managing the Individual Bungalows and project data base to generate the tertiary sales to the
Retailers.
