3. Header: MUSIC SPECIAL
I have used this because it means that it will draw more attention to
peoples eye and this means that people will be more interested in
buying the magazine and it will mean that the number of copies that
have sold will rise and it also means that the magazine industry will
grow if more and more of these magazines start to sell.

4. Masthead: RAP-UP
I used this because I thought that it would be more effective in a way
that people will be drawn into reading this magazine! For many
younger members of the community around us this would make them
think that there is going to be something really interesting inside about
rap artists and this will make them want to go inside and find out what
has been wrote about them.

5. Sell Lines:

I have used these so that people know exactly what kind of things are
going to maintained inside, this will give them an insight of everything
that a rapper has to maintain to a good standard and also, everything
they need to become a well trained and equipped part of the music
industry.

6. The Main Image: Callum Spears
I have used this because it means that everyone knows who is going to
be inside and who is going to be the main person in one of the articles,
this means that no matter who looks at it they will understand that this
artist is going to be in side the magazine.
The quote on the main image is “It’s winter RAP-UP warm” I used this
because I thought it would bring youngsters attention and maybe catch
the eye of some of the older generations too.

I used these because if someone sees that something is free then they
will be more interested and also it means that more people will
purchase it maybe if its good enough some people will maybe purchase
more than 1.

I thought that this would be effective on the front cover because it
means no one knows what the event is that is going to be explained
inside and it will maybe draw peoples attention to it because it could
be about their favourite singer or rapper etc so this might draw them to
buy it.

10. HEADER: “RAP-UP CONTENTS”
I used this as a title in the header so that it wouldn’t take so much
room up on the contents page of the magazine, this is because I
wanted to maintain it with all of the pictures and words that are need
to let people know what's on different pages.

11. SUBTITLE: “Regulars”
I used this because it means that people can see whos been in the
magazine before and then see who we have added to it. The contents
page is probably the most used thing in the magazine so it has to be
specific to what is going on.

12. FOOTER:
“Subscribe to: www.bigrap.com/Subscribe.”
I did this because it means that they can see all of the other media
platforms that have been made for this magazine not just a magazine
but you can read up on it on the internet and also, on other different
media platforms.

13. Advert: ‘CASH QUIZ’
This will bring peoples attention to this page and it will mean that
people will be interested in trying to win the money that is up for grabs
and also, they will maybe buy more magazines when there is a different
thing that will enable them to win money etc.

I used this because this is Callum Spears the person that I am going to
be interviewing in the main article so this means that the article next to
this picture is the one about him and it will give details on him.

16. Sub-Article: “How To Format As A DJ”
As the magazine is focusing on music I thought that giving some tips on
this would be quite helpful on showing people how much things that
you need to under take to become as good as some of the ones that
are already converted to professionals.

17. FOOTER: “NEXT PAGE FREE ISSUE OF POSTER”
I used this so that people would find it more interesting and then get
more excited that they have something free too look forward to on the
next page. This also gives people the chance to buy more magazines if
they like what’s free inside.
