2. Before creating my magazine I
did a questionnaire to find out
what my audience wanted
from my magazine.

3.  After looking through the results of
my questionnaire s it allowed me to
create my magazine according to
the requirements of my audiences
needs. For example, several answers
came back like ‘What could force
you to like the magazine ? That they
would focus on the price,
interviews, other to feature
somewhere in my magazine.

4.  I used a mixture of pictures so that the reader had a range of
photos that could appeal him/her. I wanted to give them
different quirky looks which is why I made my contents page
with three pictures which perfectly describes my genre look.
As a whole the color scheme used in my music magazine
attracts and draws the readers in. I used my colors according
to the background of my contents page otherwise the
magazine may look dull and therefore less likely to attract
the audience.

5.  My use of bright color attracts younger audiences in their
teens, which is exactly what I wanted to do. I wanted to
create a color scheme which would be fun however mature
enough for a teen audience. And because my target social
group was teenagers interested in Hip-Hop music I couldn't
use colors that weren't associated with that social group,
such as bright pink or purple. My front cover describes the
color scheme of my magazine right on as it includes the
graffiti which is attractive and sparkly.
