2. Theories
• Howard Gardner- Developed the theory of
multiple intelligence
• Benjamin Bloom- Developed the theory of
mastery learning
• Jean Piaget- Developed stages of cognitive
development
3. Similarities/Differences
• Piaget and Bloom’s theory seem to be
sequential in that the student’s stages need to
progress in the same order. Whereas,
Gardner’s theory states that at any time a
child may be at a different stage.
4. Teaching Implication
• Providing learning styles that incorporate d
into daily tasks
• Provide appropriate activities through
