 Use language in direct speech/active voice instead of
using passive /indirect way -indirect way of saying
increases chances for mistakes

negative form.
 Don’t say: I think that is a bad idea. Say: I don’t think that
is such a good idea.
 Avoid ‘finger pointing’ statement with the word ‘you’. Try
to avoid saying ‘you’ and put the focus on “I” or We”……..
