1. Conduct a diagnostic test in the beginning of the academic year
2. Divide the whole students into large (@ 30) & small groups (@10)
3. Give 2 week Intensive English Course in the beginning & in the
middle of the academic year (Totally 4 weeks)
4. Teach the basics of English in large groups using skilled Trs.
5. Make them Speak, Read & Write in small groups (Use
mentors/Animators)
