Ensure that you have entered the registered email id
Ensure you have followed the IVR
instructions correctly
Check for:
- Spelling error
- If you have entered ‘0’ (zero) instead of ‘O’ (alphabet)
- You have entered the complete email address including ‘@’ symbol
and the correct domain name (for example, entered yahoo.com
instead of yahoo.in, etc.)
4. Check the email in your junk or spam folder
